Terrible business, terrible people. The employees of this place, especially the Port Orchard office, are idiots. They called my boyfriend to "let him know" that I had called and left a message before their office had opened to cancel my appointment when I had not. When I woke up to him, mad at me for "lying to him," I called their office. They told me I had left a message on Monday. Well.... today is Thursday, so I fail to see how that is relevant and if they are so incompetent that they do not listen to the date on messages that is beyond me. The secretary then told me she would "get to the bottom of it" and call me back. She never called me, she instead called my boyfriend AGAIN to tell him that "A woman named Stephanie called and cancelled her appointment this morning via our message system." ..........Seriously.........? Finally, when I called back, obviously very annoyed, some secretary named Betsey had the nerve to tell me that this is a "professional place of business and they didnt have time for this." Unfriendly and obviously incompetent staff, little to no confidentiality and unprofessional procedures.

I love Kitsap PT PO. Ive seen nearly every therapist there for various reasons and have been impressed by everyone. The staff makes the atmosphere very relaxed and welcoming, yet they maintain professionalism. Everyone Ive seen has been knowledgeable and I see improvement quickly. They focus on using the equipment they have, leaving the "easier" stuff for your home exercises, so you can maximize your time "at the gym". Their equipment is reliable, but "low tech" which I like. I think the best thing is that they make it fun, with the casual atmosphere, friendly conversations and banter, music, and the openness of the setup. I actually enjoyed going to PT! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a therapist. The only negative? Moving to Bremerton and having to go somewhere else when the bar has been set so high by PO!

I got a referral from my Dr. because of side affects from my cancer treatment. Each time I went to the office I would make future appointments believing they were getting authorization from my insurance company as usual. A few months after treatment I get a bill from them. At first they give me the phone tag run around then they tell me I was being billed because the insurance had denied their request for additional treatments. Did they say anything to me? NO. They told me to come back day after day and did not mention that I was not insured and would be charged. I guess the all mighty dollar is more important then the patient.

Phil and Nate are awesome i came to them after elbow surgery and have busted through each limitation for three months 2x a week they push me but in a respectful helpful manner, they dont try to push me past my pain threshhold they ask questions and guide me to push past the pain slowly because all physical therapy comes with pain. I now have full range and almost all my strength back in my arm for lifting and pulling im back to lifting 35 lb dumbells again this place is amazing and i love the atmosphere and scheduling was never a problem id have it made a month in advance.

The Port Orchard clinic is an excellent place to get your physical therapy. Its big enough to have diversity of therapist and experience, but small enough that every patient gets individual treatment. They take special care of every patient, they encourage you along at every step of the way. Their clinic is fun. You will actually look forward to going to your appointments!

I dont want to go to any other therapist! I was having really bad knee pain. The therapist I saw in another state set me up with exercises that had not solved the problem. John worked with me, changed the exercises, and Ive been pain free for about 7 years now, following what he set up. Without these exercised Id most likely have needed knee replacement by now.
