The approach to treatment at Advance is just different, as the therapists try to determine if the painful problem is mechanical in nature, meaning a change can be made with movements in a specific direction. When you arrive as a patient, youll see no electrical stem machines, no ultrasounds, and no therapy aids. Just quality instruction, education, and therapists who will give you the tools necessary for you to address and manage your pain on your own when you leave. Very empowering, indeed. I was a college level track athlete between 2006 and 2010, and completely wrecked my body while training, starting with a ruptured hamstring muscle in 2007. I received treatment for that, both hips, lower back, and eventually shoulder and neck related pain. In all instances, I learned exactly what to do to manage my symptoms. Im now pain free, and if I do have pain, I know exactly how to get myself out of pain! The bottom line, consider Advance before other physical therapy clinics. If youve been to therapy before with little to show for it, give these guys a try. I call them the "clean up crew" for a reason, because they get results where others have failed to!

Great attention to you and the important details of your issue(s). You dont need to be an anatomy student or doctor for the physical therapists here to figure out what ails you. They were very knowledgeable and could figure out how to help me without a lot of explanation on my part. I was rear ended in a hit and run, and was a patient for over 2 months and was able to get back to my pre loss condition. I only wish I could say the same about my car insurance! I must mention their offices are also well cared for and clean! You would think that was a standard for all types of medical offices but in my experience with my auto accident, I saw a few different clinics and they are not all as nice (or helpful) as Advance Sports & Spine!

Advanced Sports and Spine is by far the best physical therapy clinic in this area! Both my husband and I have been a client here for multiple injuries and all have been corrected and healed through the aid of this clinic. The therapists are educated, passionate and truly want to see your pain through until it is gone for good. Not only are they good at their job, but the atmosphere makes it easy to listen, learn and understand the instructions they are giving you. The space is clean, easy to find and great long hours so you can get in anytime that is flexible for your work schedule. I would recommend Advance any day, all day!

My therapists illustration of how certain exercises almost instantly relieved painful pressure spots on my body was mind boggling. Im not certain it isnt voodoo, but it sure works! I was impressed with the extent of her background and training in the areas this clinic specializes in, how quickly she honed in to the right movements for me, and how effective that therapy has been -- even for one who is not a diligent exerciser.
