What an awful experience. First, I went for a consultation, so that they could review my x-rays. I was told that they would pre-authorize the extractions, and then they would call so that I could make an appointment for the extractions. After 1 month of insurance hassles (not their fault - a different aggravating experience), I was able to make that appointment. On my second visit, I thought that I was going to have my wisdom teeth extracted, but was told (after an hour wait past my appt. time) that it was just an "evaluation." Basically, they told me (again) that my insurance wouldnt cover my sedation, and would only cover part of the cost of the extraction. I already knew that, and had even discussed it with them more than once on the phone - glad I drove 1/2 an hour to that appt.! I was reminded TWICE during this "evaluation" to bring payment with me, and that I would have to pay before any services would be rendered (which they told me on my first visit). Then, I had to make a third appt. and come back the following week. So, I did - this is the only place around that even accepted part of my insurance besides Katsur Dental, which had a month wait for a consultation. Finally, I came to have my wisdom teeth out. Since the sedation would have cost another $700 (twice as much as the surgery itself), I couldnt pay for it. So, they prescribed me a sedative to take before the surgery to at least relax a bit. I had 2 pills with me at this appt. When I arrived, I asked if I should take one, or if I should wait. They said I should take one, so I did. After an hour of waiting, my boyfriend asked if it would be much longer - they said it should only be a few more minutes. I waited for over 2 HOURS total past my appt. time, and by that time the sedative had worn off. I asked the dentist if I could take the second pill, but he said that it would take 1/2 an hour to take effect (and I guess that his 1/2 hour is much more valuable than my 2 1/2 hours). So, for extra fun, this whole ordeal ended with me having 3 wisdom teeth extracted while completely awake. At least they gave me Novocaine. The hygienist and the dentist were rolling their eyes at me as I struggled to stay still while they twisted my teeth out of the bone in which they were impacted. Ill never set foot in the place again! Wish I could rate less than 1 star.

Sleezy, no good, con artists. Stopped going here after being told a root canal (which I didnt need according to my new dentist) was completely covered by my insurance, only to receive a statement in the mail after the surgery for $1000 claiming that "that tooth" magically wasnt covered by insurance. Called insurance and hey, that tooth IS covered, they tried to take advantage of me, being as I was only 18 at the time and they thought I wouldnt know any better. I basically told them where to go and I never paid their phony bill. Started at a new dentist and amazingly I have not had one single new cavity, I am starting to suspect that they made that up too... One filling my new dentist had to open up and re clean because Rowan "left stuff in there", probably an attempt to cause me more issues.. Horrible practice, I am glad its gone!

A friend of mine has taken her daughter here for the past 3 years, for cleanings, extractions and now braces!! This place is absolutely wonderful, they show caring and compassion! It is definitely a one stop shop for all of your dental needs. Her daughter was very nervous the first few times going in and they did everything possible to make it a pleasant experience for her. There is very little wait time from the time you arrive until the time you are seen. I cannot say enough good things about her experience with All About Smiles. Keep up the great work!!

I made an appointment for a cleaning and exam for my daughter almost six weeks in advance. I was sure to write down the appointment date and time (2:00), when I was on the phone with the woman. I showed up on time for the appointment and was told the appointment was at 1:00 and then two minutes later, she told me it was at 1:15. So they basically gave me the runaround and then told me Id have to reschedule for the following month. We left and I scheduled my daughter an appointment elsewhere. This place was a huge waste of time for us.

These people are absolutely horrible. They make you wait forever, a cleaning will take an hour and a half. They even rescheduled my appointment without telling me because it was convenient for them. And on top of that they charged us $25 to copy our records when we found a new (and much much better) dentist.

I have been using this dentist office for several years now. It is true that you rarely see the same dentist but this means nothing to me. I have never had a bad experience with this office. The receptionists and hygienists are very kind and professional and the doctors do good work.

My husband and I both had horrible experiences, mine with a root canal, his pulling wisdom teeth without sedation that were hooked under his jaw. You never see the same dentist and the receptionists are not friendly, to say the least.

Do not ever go to this dental office. They do a terrible job and then fail to file claims with your insurance. I actually had false claims filed and phantom "billing corrections" show up on my statement. They are awful!
