Dr. Uchenna Ufondu (The Pedi) is awesome, very thorough and knows her stuff. She is the ONLY reason why I continue to patronize this practice. The majority of her staff is unprofessional, but I think she knows this which is why there is always someone new working there. However, there are two ladies there that I really like. They are sweet and professional. The other issue with this practice is the wait time. I think they always overbook the Doctor, so a visit will be 2-3 hours easy. Hopefully Dr. Ufondu will fix these issues or else she will start to lose many more patients.

Dr Ufondu no doubt a godly man and nice at times but when you explain what your problem is is like he sort of tries to ignore you and when you need a medication he tries to act like he heard you but when your done with him he doesnt make sure you have the medication you need it like he doesnt care not to mention his wife is rude not to mention how you ne er get called on time for your appointment. Looki.g for another.office.

Honestly worst doctors office in the east stroudsburg area. The staff is incompetent and the doctors have horrible bedside manner. The office is not the cleanest and the wait is unacceptable. Dont call this office unless you have hours to waste, they will keep you on hold for 30 minutes at a time, forget about you, then put you back on hold to figure out what the hell they are doing.

Best pediatrician in Monroe county very knowledgeable, and takes her time with each patient. I am always impressed with her thoroughness. My children love her and myself as well as my husband we are extremely pleased with the professional manor and care of Mr Dr Ufondu. The office staff are wonderful, pleasant and extremely helpful.! Highly recommended by The Hurd Family.

Dr. Ufondu is a really knowledgeable pediatrician. Its true that you may have to wait but the reason why is because she takes time with each of her patients and as a mom I appreciate that, my son is not one more patient but an individual for her. She plays with him and my son loves her so much and is at ease at the visit. I wouldve give her 10 stars if allow.

I waited 2 Hours for my appointment When I Got in There it took Him about 5 minutes to see me He Didnt Seem Like He cared much . He was to Busy .and The Staff In front Dont Pay attention and are Rude No Going Back there to Him .

Great doctor. Horrible front office staff. They take to long to help people and when you call there they put you on hold for a long time then hang up. Its a shame, the front end employees are giving the doctor a bad name.

3 hours to get in the back of the drs office is crazy then more than 1 hours to see dr .. wonder why people do not go to dr.. then charge big bucks..

Wait times are atrocious. Our last visit here took over 4 hours. Had to come back to get a copy of immunizations and that took close to an hour.
