I have been going to this practice for probably close to 30 years and today I get a certified letter stating that they no longer will be my physician because of significant philosophical differences! I was taken back and confused as to what happened. I called office to ask what this was about and they said that I was not doing what the doctor wanted. I stated that he just told me to follow up with my specialist which I did do 15 days ago. Had no prior phone calls about any problems or issues. Been taking medicine as told to and thought all was fine. I have recommended Richboro family medical to family and friends in the past. The office person I was on phone with spoke to I assume was the doctor and stated decision was made and basically too bad. I asked if could have doctor call me to discuss and office person stated that he most likely wouldnt. I hope I can convince my family, friends,neighbors and anyone else I can to leave this practice and find another doctor . The wait time is ridiculous 30 minutes if lucky. If you are,thinking of this practice I WOULDNT! After 30 year kicked to curb been going there longer then you worked there thanks Doctor Cohen

Dr. Cohen is an incredible doctor! Its so hard to find a really great doctor these days. He really goes out of his way to listen to what you have to say. My wife and I feel very lucky to have found him. Plus his staff are friendly, helpful and just overall wonderful!!

Staff was abusive. Wait times are over an hour after your appointment time and my doctor (who I will keep unnamed) treated a very private and serious issue of mine in a very distasteful and disrespectful way.

Impossible to get anyone on the phone. Youre forced to leave a message and if you dont include all the information they ask for they wont even bother calling you back. Great way to do business.

I visited my doctor about my severe depression and he laughed. Said get over it and acted like it wasnt real. I left the office immediately and will never go aback again.

Dr. Cohen is a great doctor! Patient, sharp and empathetic.
