Absolutely no Customer Service! My wait time threshold is an hour. If Im not in with the Doctor within that time, I leave. Somehow, they are completely oblivious to the amount of time they make you wait...or they dont care. Last year I left after an hour in the waiting room. That should have been my red flag. Went there again right before the holidays for my son. We were in the waiting room for 45 minutes before they told me that we needed a scrip for the appointment. (Why didnt you tell me that when I walked in?) So we rescheduled for today at 2:45. You would think an effort would have been made to get us in for their mistake last time. At 3:45 we were not seen by the doctor yet. On top of the whole thing, my son would have to get drops in his eyes and then be stuck back out in the waiting room for another half hour while his eyes dilate. I mean are you kidding me! Walked out of there for the second time. What a giant waste of time. Never again.

I sent a letter regarding the services I received where the services were over billed. I have not received a response from Tri-County as of December 3, 2015. I am now forwarding the letter to United Healthcare to have the services reviewed. I have tried to speak with the billing department before the letter was sent to Tri-County Eye Physicians & Surgeons and it fell onto deaf ears. The Doctors are piggy-backing off of other Doctors in the group with the computer system and over billing.

This is the worst eye care Ctr and I had the worst eye doctor (Opthalmologist) Ive ever seen.. He couldnt find an eye lash on bottom & irritating my eye every time I blinked. An optometrist found it right away. But the Dr at Tri county caused my eye to become so irritated I could barely see out of it. This place and their Doctors are the worst. Its also filthy! Its a place to stay away from..

Terrible office management. Was waiting for 40 min over my appointment time and was not to called. Nobody explained extra waiting or sad sorry. Was visiting that office for over 10 years in last year changed to very bad.

Its amazing how many times you can tell them, they have the wrong phone number. Give them the correct one, and they still call the wrong one anyway. So you never know when your eye glasses or contacts arrive.
