So where do I start. First the receptionist are not very professional they are rather on the rude side. I was bringing my 7 month old daughter there as a new patient. I wanted to schedule her an appointment for a checkup and also to be squeezed in for a emergency appointment. The office opens at 8 o Clock I called at 8:05 a.m. to make an emergency appointment because youre supposed to call first thing in the morning to get an emergency appointment. The earliest and only time they had was for 2 p.m. keep in mind my daughter is 7 months old and I explained to the receptionist she appeared to be having an allergic reaction of some sort and I needed to be seen as soon as possible. When I arrive at 2 p.m. and was able to be seen by a doctor she in my opinion had no idea what she was talking about. And also try to insult my intelligence about what was going on with my daughter and why she appeared to be breaking out. I would say this is by far the worst experience Ive had at a pediatric doctors office so far. I dont know what happened to this place because they used to be really good I went there as a kid. But I have to say I do not recommend this office to anyone especially if you need to be seen right away.

This pediatric office doesnt even deserve a star. I completely agree with everyones review. Receptionist are very rude and unprofessional. Ive gotten hung up on. Witnessed them putting someone on hold for 20 minutes and then rudely saying why is this person still on hold. They are unorganized they misplaced my kids Records that were being both faxed and mailed. My previous doctors office called to see what issues they were having and it turned out they had two copies of the records. So they lied about receiving records. Appointment are four or five months. I was 10 minutes late to my daughters appointment. They didnt wanna see her because the doctor had appointment with someone else that didnt even arrive yet There was no one else at the office. I waited four months for her appointment and she said they dont have an appointment until December. They have no compassion knowing that you wait months for an appointment. This office is ridiculous. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone.

The doctors and medical staff are all great personable and professional. The front office staff is awful however. They do not relay phone calls to the doc, they talk about very personal business loud enough for people in the waiting room to hear. They have neglected to call in scripts I needed for my son and then argued with me when I asked them to please speak to the pharmacy who werent receiving the scripts. This has happened more than twice. Once my insurance changes in January Ill be picking a new pediatrician just based on the front office staff. Which is unfortunate because I love the docs I just cant deal with the constant stress of dealing with an inept front office.

Dr. Penny Chong is an excellent doctor and Dr. Fendrick isnt bad either but If you love your child at all do not send them here. The front desk staff is horrible, very unprofessional and rude. My child attended here since he was born and the front desk staff was so unbelievably rude that after 6 years of bringing my son here I decided to switch b/c of how rude and disgraceful the front desk staff was. Its two older Caucasian women at the front desk.. I wont say their names but I and my son were heartbroken at the way they treated us. Ive never been treated so horribly in my life. They truly dont deserve to be the front face of the office because they give it a horrible name.

I do not know whats going on with the different changes in this office but they rarely ever answer the phones, on at least three occasions Ive never received a call back from the MD after leaving a message with the receptionist. Many of times Ive been put on hold, and after 10 min, I hang up to called back, and noone picks up. Ive put in formal complaints on more than one occasion, because truthfully the Drs are wonderful in this office, and I might add I travel long ways to the office. I hope theirs a change for the better in this office because they are in desperate need of change.

The front office staff is very rude and unprofessional. They dont greet you when you walk in they will have the glass closed and act like they dont even see you standing there. I came in for an appointment and not one person said hello. I witnessed 3 others come in and receive the same treatment. Being in the position I am in as a Front Office Supervisor at an Urgent Care this type of customer service if thats what you would even call it is appalling! This office needs a turn around and very quickly! The Doctors are Great but the Front Office Staff needs a lot of work!

Worst experience ever! My daughters appointment was at 11:30am. We got there 5min late and they did not want to see her! There rude receptionist did not have any appointments until 2 months later just for vaccines! She was not nice at all and she spoke across the waiting room instead of calling me to the desk. And also they only had 2 patients is not like they were busy. Any ways if you want a rude receptionist speaking your business across the room and ridiculously late appointments you have the right doctors office!!

Of all the doctors offices I have ever been to or dealt with in my life (and there have been A LOT), this is by far the worst. I cant figure out how they can still be in business! You open at 9am and you can only make sick appointments the same day, but at 9:30 there are no sick appointments left for the whole day? Then tell me to take my son to urgent care when I just got done telling you that his insurance does not cover that at all. No sympathy or care whatsoever! Thanks so much for caring about your patients.

Horrible Experience. I have been taking my children there since 2011. I used to love this place. I am now on my 3rd child and this place has gotten from good to worst. They are so unprofessional. They hang up when you call them. This places needs to be shut down. I call and the girls at the front desk act like they hate their job. Its a shame my child is being seen here. But i already getting him transferred out. I will not allow my child to be seen in a unprofessional and rude atmosphere

I am extremely disappointed with the office, I have had my children there since they were infants and loved them but ever since these changes the office has mad IT IS TERRIBLE!! I can NEVER get ahold of ANYONE! No one EVER calls me back! I can say I love Dr. Chong and I even think she should find another place to work because she is way too good for the way this place is running!!!! SORRY but I will be taking my children else where, its very sad!!!!

I love all the doctors here. I agree the front desk staff could be more friendly and helpful, but I have seen them deal with hostile people in the past. I would never go anywhere else.
