Nasty rude girls who answer the phone, rude to a point it seems they are trying to be rude as possible maybe a contest is taking place? One when trying to make an appointment said "I Hope You Gotz Your Insurance Info Including The Phone Number Address, ID Number, Group Number And Person To Speak With I dont Wait To Push Buttons And Hear Options." "IF You Dont and Have It Now Youre Wasting My Time." My thought was- Really Gotz? No Hello how may I help you? I thought this guy was supposed to be a respected Dr.? No Respected Dr. would have such a staff working for him, so I will just keep my business and all athletes I work with in the Manhattan area. Since Belasco is so BIG TIME he cannot even have a respected staff on hand to make appointments. He is too Big TIME for us to be his patients.

one star. VERY disappointed with how the receptionist talked to me. I was there 20 minutes late from 9:30, not even ten and was told that I was a half hour late, was also told that they were booked when all I saw was the one person in there. Very rude receptionist, have to see the doctor on the 3rd. Not even sure I want to go there now because how I was treated. At least if I had to reschedual, I should have been talked to politely, not rudely.
