This place was understaffed and quite busy. There is no sign in sheet and the staff randomly selected the next person to assist. When finally seen the person helping me left to help a customer at the service counter and answered the phone repeatedly. If it had not been for my son finding a pair of glasses he loved i would have left and never come back.

Horrible Customer Service. I got different information each time I called or stopped in regarding my contacts. The staff is very rude and nasty. They talk down to customers. I cant wait to find a different Eye Doctor

Horrible! Was given the wrong contacts! Was told 3 times it was the same kind. I had to take them there and show them the difference. Some of the staff is very rude also! Never coming here again

I was there when it was pretty busy. Seems like a "turn and burn" eye doctor. The staff was cool to me. Very down-to-earth. Helped me save some money on my frames/prescription.
