I scheduled an appointment via the website on a Sunday for a Monday pm time slot. After I filled out the requisite paperwork, no waiting. Doc took me right away, got to know me, my visual situation and needs. An hour later, all done. Staff was very helpful in coordinating my insurance info and most available staff helped me pick out frames that make me look as pretty as this dude can be. Much better experience their than my regular folks at Chester County Eye Care. MUCH better.

Visit was very good and professional. BUT dont try to call and speak to the Dr. The receptionist will provide medical advise, but is not qualified. You will wait on hold for extended minutes when told Dr. is available at that moment. Then try and leave a message at 3:30pm and never hear back when they are open till 9:00pm. Time to find a Dr. that respects your time as well.

Went in to receive my PD number and its not on my record for some reason. And they are horrible at sizing glasses, first too lose and now Im in pain because they are too tight. Last pair of glasses I had for 5 years with no issue, they dont measure your face here. Also my new prescription has been giving me headache. Never going back.
