I have been here multiple times and loved my experience every time. Dr. Wiscount was very pleasant. The ladies who help with the frames are also great. One lady (I forget her name) helped me pick out frames that I have now been wearing for over a year and I get compliments on frequently. They are also patient when I had to go back multiple times to get the frames adjusted so they fit just right. Frame selection is excellent. It is a small practice but that means they are more selective about the styles they choose to carry. I thought I might have to go to a separate "chain" type glasses store to get more variety but that was not the case. Shepherd Hills had so many styles I liked and ultimately the ones based on the helpful associate were perfect for me.

Terrible service. I ordered new frames and lenses over three weeks ago now. Still dont have them. Every time i call and get transfered, no one answers. When i go in, i get ignored. I dropped a lot of money on my eye care, and yet i have had no luck getting my stuff. I havent been able to see out of mine for months.

Not sure about selection of glasses and frames since I mostly wear contacts, but have been long time patient of Dr. Wiscount; he is easily best Doc with patients I ever had.
