My experience with the Optometrist was pleasant. He was knowledgeable and proficient. The staff was courteous but the whole business practice was questionable. They only furnished me my prescription AFTER the fact that I bought my contact lenses from them. FTC rules that the Eye Center establishment should provide you a copy of your prescription whether you request for it or not because you paid for it. When I realized that they sold me contact lenses double the price of what I could have gotten online, they would not allow me to buy less costly contact lenses online. They would not let me return the contact lenses I bought from them yet would not verify my prescription. I often change my disposable contact lenses every two weeks for hygiene purposes. VisionQuest claimed that the supply they sold me was good enough for one year...how do they know that the contacts would last me one year? Its ridiculous of them to control my purchase outside of their center. When my yearly appointment comes up, I will definitely never go back to them, nor would I ever recommend them to friends and relatives. Thumbs Down to Vsion Quest!

I have been going through Delaware Eye Care center for my eye exams, and LensCrafters to purchase eyeglasses. However, I was recently referred to Vision Quest in Dover and I was very pleased with my experience. In serious need of glasses, I set up an appointment to get my eyes examined. The wait wasnt long and I was able to get a new prescription in no time. After looking through various pairs of glasses available at Vision Quest, I finally decided on a very affordable pair with help from the beautiful brunette optometrist they have working there. She worked with me on finding the perfect set of glasses for my look. She was very friendly and made the entire experience comfortable. I wish I had gotten her number. I would recommend Vision Quest to anyone seeking an efficient, affordable and professional solution to their eye care needs.

My family has been coming to Vision Quest for almost 10 years. The staff here have become second family to us! Always friendly and helpful when it comes to our needs. What I appreciate most is their ability to take care of children with visual acuity needs. My son was a bit fearful of eye exams when he first started coming to the practice, but now he actually seems to enjoy coming in for his exams and new glasses. Everyone is very patient with him! They explain procedures in a way he understands which helps keep him calm! Dr. Gross and his staff are the best!

I always think you can tell a lot about a medical practice by how happy and friendly the staff is. If thats the case, Vision Quest is a great place to be! Everyone there; doctors, technicians, administrative staff, etc., is warm, helpful, and happy to be there. Ive been seeing Dr. Haranin for quite a few years, and shes very professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant. I also love the email and text reminders for appointments. I would absolutely recommend Vision Quest Eye Care Center to anyone looking for a new eye doctor!

Vision Quest is great. The girls up front are awesome. They are very personable and they are always happy and smiling. My favorite part is not having to dilate your eyes since I have never enjoyed that part of the eye exam. Being a mother of two children under 5, getting text message reminders has also been very helpful. I dont need glasses but I have enjoyed their great selection of sunglasses too. I trust them with my family and definitely recommend them to anyone looking for eye care.

Vision Quest provides excellent customer service, reasonable prices and works with my schedule. The staff is friendly and accommodating. They got me in for an appointment quickly, and the exam itself was very thorough and everyone with whom I interacted was friendly and personable. Both the technician and Dr. Yatskevich were great.

Eye exam experience was lovely but glasses are way too expensive and they dont accept returns or refunds, charge you if you want to exchange them and it has to be within 60 days. I would recommend getting glasses elsewhere as I am now out $600 with glasses Im not crazy about.
