I really feel that both doctors are wonderful and knowledgeable; but really need to reevaluate the way some of there staff treats customers. The one young woman who worked with my wife had no personality and I am not sure how she could have a position to help someone look for glasses. She seems not fitting for the the office zero enthusiasm and not quite up to date. I was also quite taken back by the other woman at the front desk she was unable to assist us with questions about our bill and seemed very confused on the questions I asked. Seems like they need to train her better. I really feel that this office lacks with training of employees. *and one other note I might add is how unprofessional the woman at the desk dresses, skirt to short and cleavage. Lets try to keep it more professional I definitely would expect more from the doctors in there staff.

From the first phone conversation to schedule the initial appointment, my experience with Dr. Scott and his staff was second to none. The exam was very thorough and the findings explained in a concise and clear manner. I never felt rushed; as a matter of fact, it was the smoothest and most relaxing eye exam I have ever had. Thank you for your excellent service. The little details like complimentarily changing the (over!)used nose pads on my glasses and pristine office appearance, combined with your excellent care set you guys apart. I definitely recommend this family practice for anyone looking for the best eye care available.

I have to tell you, I dont particularly like going to the eye doctor. Today I had the best eye doctor experience ever! I am an eye doctors worst client. I wasnt lectured, just informed. It was fun and light-hearted. All staff were absolutely wonderful! I felt like I knew each and everyone of them for years, when I just met them today. Last time, I went to a drive thru eye doctor; I got the incorrect prescription or the incorrect contacts, either way; I couldnt see properly. After today, sight is perfect. Thank you! I will never go anywhere else!

I recently moved from the Philadelphia-area and had need of an eye doctor. The appointment process was a breeze and I was able to take advantage of the very convenient Saturday hours. The appointment itself was excellent with a friendly staff and a timely check-in process. Dr. Rinehart is very friendly and approachable. She was able and willing to walk through the process as well as explaining some of the science/eye structure. The glasses selection is sufficient and what Id expect. All in all, Id highly recommend this practice.

Yesterday was my first visit with Rinehart Family Eye Care. I had an issue with my left eye and going in I was worried I would get no where like my last eye doctor. The receptionist was so kind and Dr. Rinehart listened to my issue and made me feel like he was ready to bring my eye problem to an end. I left the office very satisfied feeling like Ive been a patient for years. As for my eye...I just needed a different brand of contacts! Highly recommend Rinehart Family Eye Care.

This was my first visit to Rinehart Family Eye Care, and I would highly recommend Dr. Scott Rinehart. Every detail of my eye exam was explained very thoroughly and my total experience from the front desk to the eye exam with the doctor was first class. The office is very cheerfully decorated and everyone on staff is very friendly. I definitely would recommend this practice to anyone in need of eye care.

Everyone is the office was extremely nice and helpful. The doctor took his time to explain everything to me. I never felt rushed. I felt as if the doctor actually wanted to see what was wrong. So nice! would highly recommend and very concerned with any questions you may have. Really takes the time to explain things to you. The only down fall with that is they obviously treat every customer the same so your appointment may be a bit delayed due to the person before you.

Exceptional eye exam! Nicole is amazing...thorough exam with the technology where I didnt have to have my eye dilated, thats nice! She is smart, friendly, kind, and super accommodating. All of the staff is great, thank you!
