Would love to give 5 stars for the doctor and staff but their expensive custom orthotics are horribly made. I had to send them back to be thinned on the sides because they were so wide and I discussed the lousy craftsmanship of the heel pads and black scrapes on the bottom of the heels with Dr. McCarroll. She said she would talk to the lab...they came back more narrow but nothing changed with the heel pads. For $400 dollars out of pocket I would advise to just go with the $46 dollar ones from their office. Great doctor but lousy lab they use. See photos, they were only worn for a week and the heel pads came like that (chopped up). Very disappointed :(

I had never been to a foot Dr. and was extremely nervous because I had a bad infection in my big toe so I had no idea what to expect. The Dr. and the staff was so wonderful and squeezed me in on her day off because they did not want me to wait. She was only there doing admin work but took the time to see me. She was very thorough and talked me through everything and made me feel less nervous. It was quick and easy and the Dr. explained everything in detail step by step. I love this Dr. and have since been going to her. She is very down to earth and easy going. I would recommend and have recommended her to others.

I HATE Foot Doctors but not this one. My daughter had great care given by this office. I recommend this doctor to anyone with foot problems.
