Recently moved to the area and needed to establish a new primary care physician. Called the Newark office line and was able to make an appointment but was required to wait two weeks to be seen. After being placed on hold numerous times I was offered a 5;40pm appointment on a Wednesday. Drive an hour to the office on the scheduled day of my visit only to have the office lights off and doors locks. I called their office line which was answered by an extremely unprofessional answering service whom laughed when I had mentioned that I needed to be seen in order to receive a much needed referral for a specialist which was high suggested to me two weeks prior during an ER stay. Not only have I wasted two weeks of my time waiting to be seen but I left work an hour early in order to ensure I was there 15 minutes early for paperwork. Extremely unorganized, unprofessional and rude. I would highly recommend that, if you are looking to establish a primary in the area, avoid this practice.

Dr. Singh, if he is ever there, is a script writing, impatient, prick. His office staff is WORSE. Helps the one in wilmington is his wife so they can both lose patients between her inexperience in office organization and his lack of knowledge period. It is a waste to setup an appointment since you will wait over an hour anyway and if its an emergency you can kiss that person goodbye because he doesnt have any availability or ever in the office and has NO on call doctor for his patients. Good luck to those who continue to go there and good luck if you are still willing to have him as your primary.

Doctor Singh, despite the name, embodies every thing that is a good ol country doctor. He has the most gentile, kind and compassionate bedside manner. He explains any thing you ask but doesnt bore you with explanation you dont ask for. His diagnoses and treatment is spot on and his staff are such a dream to talk to and interact with. You almost get the impression he should be a house call doctor with how amazingly he treats and takes care of his patients. I strongly recommend Dr. Singh to any one who wants that down home southern care that seems missing in this day and age.

I been going to Dr. Singh since 1988. I started to take me son to him after his doctor over dosed him at 3 weeks old. I have also started to see him for myself. My grand mothers went to him and My mother now sees him as well. Dr. Singh is more than a doctor to me. He is like a family member, whenever theres a medical problem, he was there with no hesitation. I recommend him to anyone that want old school medical attention. He is very open minded and will keep you informed on any issue needed.

Dr. Singh runs this little racket where he makes you come in every three months to refill standard maintenance medicine so he can collect visit fees from the insurance company. I am healthy middle aged male on thyroid meds and have been for 25 years. He makes me come in every time just to get a refill. Every other doctor has given me year long scripts.. One time I am out of town, he will not call in a refill. I am going somewhere else.

They dont even know what insurance company they expect and refused me service. When I confronted them about it with the insurance company on tje phone for some reason they couldnt understand me all of a sudden. I wont go back ever agin. What a joke of a doc office. If your a drug addict then this may be who you want to see . But if you care about your health I would go find a different doc that cares about the people paying him.
