Absolutely horrible doctors office. Ive been going here the last 7 years and it has gone EXTREMELY downhill. Embarrassingly downhill. The office staff is rude and constantly on their phones. You stand at the front counter and wait till they get off Facebook, texting, giggling or whatever it is they are doing on their phones. Then they give you attitude like its your fault your standing there and they actually have to do their jobs! Have any of you heard what professionalism is? I doubt it, because NONE of you have it! Getting them to do anything for you is like pulling teeth out of a bucking bronco. Today was the LAST time I will ever go back. My now previous doctor does nothing to help me when I need it and I just end up going to the walk in or the hospital to get seen because I cringed every time I went here. Then tells me, well why didnt you tell me to do this and this for you?! Im sorry why should I tell you how to do your job? Stay as FAR away from this doctors office as you can. If you were having a good day when you came in, you will be in a horrible mood after you leave. Ive never seen more rude, ignorant, cantankerous, incompetent people in all my life. Absolutely miserable group of girls. They should consider a job that isnt customer service because they SUCK at it!! If I could give them no stars I would!!

I love Dr Villar & have been her patient for 7 or 8 years. Never had any problems. The last year or so, the staff has changed several (if not many) times. Shouldnt affect patients, but it does. Twice, labwork was sent to the one lab our insurance has out of network. We have had the same coverage since before we started going there. So now, we owe $142.23 because it was sent to wrong lab. Thats just sloppy work. I called the office today, there is nothing they can do. Suggested I call # on the bill......the lab doesnt care who messed up, they did their part & want to get paid. HOW ABOUT FAIRHILL FAMILY MEDICINE PAYS THE DAMN BILL FOR US? WE WOULD NOT OWE $142.23 IF PEOPLE WERE DOING THEIR JOBS! This is really upsetting because we LOVE the Dr. & dont want to have to leave over BS like this.

Do not use dr. Bonni Roberts ... she does not really help with anything at all!! She doesnt really care to listen to you about what is going on with you .. she is a horrible doctor! .all the female staff is pretty much horrible ... they have nasty attitudes!!! Never greet you when u come in!! They r all racist!! Courtney is the one who does referrals is very rude ... she acts like your asking for to much if u want a referral or ur records send to a new doctor ... they will try to make you pay for ur records to be sent !! I had to switch because of the horrible service I have received !!! Currently trying to find a way to report her if anyone has good advice on how to do so !

I had went to this office for a short time some years ago. My physician was Villar but she was out on maternity leave for most of the time so I had the unpleasant experience of dealing with Dr. Roberts. Im not sure why Dr. Villar wasnt able to diagnose my problem but I believe Dr.Roberts know it all attitude and lack of attention is the reason she couldnt. After explaining my issues to my new physician he easily picked up on the infection that was throwing my potassium off and causing me to have panic attacks. All I needed was Cipro and the Infection/Panic attacks went away.

I like Dr. Roberts very much. She is very thorough and professional. My questions have always been completely addressed. Having onsite lab facilities is extremely convenient.
