After checking in and waiting for 45 minutes in the waiting room. I asked the lady at the front desk how much longer I would have to wait before seeing the doctor. she then replied "that I had not been checked in properly." So I asked to reschedule my appointment and was told my doctor wouldnt be available for over a month. I was not happy with their service and I am now Im the process of looking for a new family doctor.

Ive never had a bad experience since I began going to Kenhorst. Dr. Abou Saab is quiet, but informative and attentive. My wait time is never too long and everyone is always friendly. Thats about all you can hope for at a Doctors office!
