Have been coming here with my daughter for nearly 3 years now. You can tell the staff thoroughly loves children. Theyre always so pleasant and helpful. Very quick, yet thorough. Were always in and out without sitting in the waiting room long at all. My daughter loves the different themed rooms and that the staff shows an interest in her by talking to her or playing with her. Theyre really great at fitting you in for a sick appointment aswell, and never come off as judgy (for a mom who worries a lot, this is nice when you bring your child in because youre always worried a cold is more than a cold..lol) theyre doing something right, thats for sure!

Bad service before i even get in to see the doctor. The front desk staff snapped at me if I ask her a question and just bark at me. I ask her what else I need, she reply" I will tell you for the fifth time" with the most unprofessional tone of voice, sigh and smack her tongue. Do you guys just hired ratchet women off the streets or what? They want to demean people so that they can sit down all day and dont want to be bother and just talk and chit chat all day about their boyfriends instead of doing work and treating people with respect and dignity. I will go to a real clinic instead.

Bad services. When you call them about updates and appointment they give you an attitude as if you are bothering them. I ask for an update, the nasty attitude secretary griselle scream at me that the doctor is out of the country and that he comes first. She did not let me speak, just berating and insulting me. When I confronted her she said Im just stating facts. Its not the facts, its the way you stated the facts to the patients you moron. Unprofessional medical assistant with attitudes. That is not the way you treat mothers with sick kids. Youre warn

I had to change pediatricians for personal reasons and was a little scared to switch to a new doctor for my children. A friend of mine recommended Berks Pediatrics and I must admit Dr. Sridhar, Dr,Maqbool,and Barbara Kolle Nurse Practitioner are amazingly understanding doctors. They try hard to understand what is really wrong with your child and try very hard to help ease your worries. I am super overprotected with my kids and can admit that this practice is one i will definitely recommend.

new patients need medical records. what if you are a new patient who hasnt been to the doctor in years and dont have any records. accepts new patients but apparently only if youve been to another dr recently. this office is a pain in the rump and id rather get the flu than go to it

When it comes to seeing an doctor out of network they give you a run around say we they do not know who i speak but yet they have computer they can make a note about every call
