First let me start off by saying that Dr. Strott himself is wonderful. However, the staff that he has working there is unfortunately the reason why I have to give 1 out of 5 stars. The secretary staff is very rude and unprofessional, especially Chantel. On multiple occasions, she has called me the day before my appointment, after closing hours (so I am unable to get through when I call back immediately), and tells me for one reason or another that my appointment needs to be cancelled. On one instance, this happened the night before my sons 6 month appointment where he needed multiple vaccines, telling me that they did not have a few of the vaccines he needed. I feel like this is something you know well in advance, and to tell me this at 5pm when my appointment is at 8:30am the next day, is very unprofessional and inconsiderate. I had already used a vacation day at work for that day, and was unable to switch. I had brought this to Dr. Strotts attention, and he was kind and apologized, however Chantel and other staff members are still very disrespectful. I have a friend who also uses Dr. Strott as the primary care physician for her children, and she has the same issues I do. I am sure there are many many more that do as well. It is very unfortunate that such a great doctor has these kind of people working for him, which make the whole facility look bad. We have since switched doctors to Dr. Alvarado who is located in the same area, and we couldnt be happier with the staff there.

My son loves the staff and dr strott he amd the staff are compassionate and treat us kindly i love all the help they give and gettimg us in quick they are the best!! LOVE DR STROTT AND UR TEAM!!!

Beware of this practice. They will try to make money by all means and the staffs are so rude with no brain. If I could give any negative, I wouldve definitely given it.

Dr Strott is wonderful! As an often worried mother it is nice to know that I can always get an appointment to be seen right away.
