Doctors are fabulous fixed every problem I had but the front staff is the worst, if you can even get threw to someone your lucky. I have made several attempts to get important documents and they just keep telling me someone will call you or we didnt receive the documents. I had to tell my insurance company to fax me the documents and take it to them myself. The Doctors should be aware of how bad their staff is.

Drove a patient there. Worst, worst, worst office desk staff ever! Rude, incompetent, useless. TV blaring with same medical info over and over. Doctor needs to be made aware of this. My patient is considering leaving Dr. Agard even though they love him because the staff is so awful.
