Called to set up an appointment, and there is no regard for patient concern or health. They told me a doctor is leaving and they are looking for a new associate (not my problem). Working in the healthcare field myself, patient advocacy comes first. I was completely disgusted the "best I can do" for an appointment was 4 weeks out. I expressed my concerns as well as my other doctors concerns to be seen sooner and all that l got was an "Im sorry". Well I am sorry too, had you worked for me, you would be UNEMPLOYED!

They never return phone calls. The office staff lack experience in customer service. They are not very friendly and can be disrespectful at times. Today I found out that for the second time they sent my lab exams to a lab not covered by my insurance. This is unacceptable, especially if they had already been informed by the patient where to send the lab exams. Due to their error, now I have to pay $741.00 out of pocket.
