If I could give ZERO stars I absolutely would. My first visit I thought it was an off day. No big deal. I arrived AT LEAST 10 minutes early, was called AT LEAST 20 minutes AFTER the appointed time. I didnt get a good feeling from Dr. Elizabeth Crowe. **red flag #1** I thought it was just my hormones from moving and a new area etc. Second visit was a weight check. Same untimely manners. Same feeling but again, what do I know about my kid, right? She adamantly used "formula" in her suggestions **red flag #2** when Ive expressed that I am breastfeeding and plan to continue in conjunction with "people food". Third visit was a weight check as well. Granted, I was 10 minutes late, HOWEVER, they still called us back 20 minutes after I got there. She did absolutely NOTHING to reassure and had even made me doubt myself as a mother and my maternal instincts. She gave him only a 3 day steroid for his wet cough and here we are 5 days later, still coughing and in discomfort. (I have a nebulizer Ive been using from our previous doctor, of which she didnt even ask if he had.) Dr Crowe ordered blood work and urinalysis to question his weight gain. Sure. Why not? What do I know medically? I got to LabCorp and, lo and behold, in ONE order she put multiple blood tests and a urine sample for a 16lb baby??? Ha! Even the reception clerks said it was even a lot for an adult! They even hinted to switching doctors!!! **third and final red flag** So done with this office and Dr Elizabeth Crowe!!! Do yourself a favor a save your sanity and little bit of sleep you actually might get. If you like her, kudos to you. If youre considering going here, dont. Just, dont.

Kudos on the previous comments from Dr. Elizabeth Crowe. She used "scare tactics" towards my daughter on her 11th birthday during her check up making her believe that she would die if I didnt let her get the meningitis vaccination. I will NEVER allow her to see any of my children again and WOULD NOT recommend her to anyone. Dr. Kaur is good. IF you go, ask for her. Another doctor there called in the wrong medicine for my daughter and I got stuck with the copay. The office did not do anything about it. The office staff is ALWAYS nice when I go.

Staff are friendly. Doctors are good. But you are going to get huge bill.They charge you twice the amount payable by insurance and you will be hit with big balance. I was charged 368.00 $ for my sons sore throat, insurance pay for only a third. I have a neighbor who also get a big bill and he has to change his pediatrician. If you are self pay or have commercial insurance, dont even think about going there. They are big group and they thought they can do whatever they want.

My children have been seeing Dr. Vaidy for the past several months. The office is very clean and the front desk staff is always welcoming. Average wait time is no more then 10 min. Dr. Vaidy is very thorough and is great with the kids. I would recommend anyone looking for a new pediatrician to make the switch.

Would not recommend. The doctors are nice but the office staff is rude and they can never schedule you on time for a physical. I had to reschedule an appt and they tried to schedule me a month and a half out.

This office would be great but the receptionists are often rude, theresa is constantly having an attitude and also I rarely reschedule but they want to schedule me more than a month out for shots!!! Wth??
