The worst experience Ive ever had!!! The staff is a joke, the older lady I believe her name is Gabby is rude and has no knowledge of getting her job done, quick to dismiss you if its close to the end of her shift. The rest of the staff looks like they just rolled out of bed, hair not brushed, either wearing the top of a scrub uniform or the bottoms. Everyone looks and acts miserable, also the place is old and dirty. Dr Trievel was the worst.. below unprofessional. He takes a look at your insurance and wants you to get every test done under the sun. No one calls you, to give you results, and when you call them, they want to you come in to get them so they can charge you again, even though you sign for them to tell you over the phone. So I work in a medical office myself, so the doctor I work for wanted to take a look at my records, when I got an ultrasound done, one of Dr Trievels orders, which the tech who did my exam said I really didnt need, they asked me who I wanted to send my results to, I said, Dr. Trievel , and the doctor I work for so he can check it out. Anyways long story short, I called Dr Trievel for a refill and he gets on the phone and yells at me that Im no longer his patient cause I had my results also sent to another doctor, he starts yelling BYE BYE and doesnt let me get one word in before he hangs up on me. What kind of doctor yells at a patient and hangs up on them? I was left with my mouth open in disbelief that they call themselves professionals. I will from now on , do my research before picking a random doctor. The worst experience Ive ever had. Ive never been treated so poorly.

Dr. Trievel, I hope you get a chance to read my review because your staff is very rude and you deserve to know that. I had asked one of your receptionist to send one of my results to a doctor for an appointment a month and half ago. I was told it would be sent and I shouldnt worry since I have more then a month. The week of my appointment, I got a call from the doctors office that they didnt receive the results report from your office. I called your office again earlier in the week asking for everything for it to be sent again. Today before my appointment, I found out one of the results was still not sent and I found out today that your office didnt have this result. I had to get it from another office. Why was I not told this when I asked for this result a Month and Half in advance? So when I mentioned this to the receptionist today, she hung up the phone on me. I will not be coming to your office after this type of treatment. I normally dont write reviews like this for anyone and try to be nice, but today was such a terrible experience and I want the world to know.

Really nice doctor and he knows everything hes doing doesnt make you feel uncomfortable and just all together very manerful and respectable human being the nurses on the other hand could use some anger management classes many times they get nasty for doing what they get PAID to do

He is a terrific dr. He knows exactly what is wrong with you almost immediately and always prescribes the correct prescription to take care. Hes been our family dr. for years and we all like him and think hes great! He doesnt b.s. and I think his examinations are very thorough.

I think the doctor is great one of his nurses cathey is very nasty and lazy
