I am sorry to hear about your recent experience at our office. Our late patient policy exists to define clear direction for the staff as to when a patient is considered late and must be rescheduled. An initial office visit is allotted 30 minutes of time with our physicians. New patients are asked to arrive at our office at least 20-30 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment to verify demographic and insurance information, complete HIPAA and release of records forms, as well as review and complete a clinical history questionnaire. Established patients are considered late and are offered rescheduling if they arrive 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment time. These expectation are commonplace to other practices with variation. Practice policy may differ. Other practices may charge late, late cancellation and/or no-show fees. Insurers including Medicare/CMS permit assessment of late fees recognizing such charges as missed business opportunities. We have not yet elected to charge such fees. We are grateful to the community we serve for their support and their trust in our care for their well-being.

My mother had her first appointment there on Dec. 9th. She had arrived thirty minutes late and they turned her away. She is a victim of a stroke, so she sometimes takes panic attacks. She had a hard time getting into the office and by the time she had arrived to the front desk thirty minutes had passed They stated she would not be able to reschedule the appointment until May! The waiting room was completely empty and the doctor was right there. I am completely appalled at their decision and will actively denounce the practice and its staff to all that will listen. Im sure if it were their mother she would have been seen. And since I have grown up in the valley, Im sure Ill get a few supporters. Follow this quack on Face book, Ill have plenty to say!

I have been seeing Dr. Oleski for a few years now. I never have to wait an excessive amount of time and when I meet with her, I dont feel like she is rushing me out to get to other patients, which I have found to be true with lots of doctors and is the main reason I left my previous doctor. Shes very nice and takes the time to listen. I also have to say that the above commenter is rude and unjustified to give a negative review. If my mother needed extra time to be ready and move about, then I would prepare to go to the office that much earlier. Its ridiculous to think that you can walk into the office 30 minutes late and expect everyone to rearrange their schedules for you.

I became a patient of Dr. Oleskis after 4 years of my last doctor dismissing my symptoms and convincing me that I "probably had multiple sclerosis". Dr. Oleski found my heart issue on the FIRST appointment I had with her, and sent me for proper testing to confirm it. Im so thankful that I switched to a doctor that listens to all of my concerns. She spends the extra time thats needed to truly figure out whats going on. The office is very clean, both Doctors are very honest and explain things as they go. And the staff is down to earth and helpful.

My whole family sees Dr. Oleski and we all are very pleased with her as our primary care physician. She is very personable, attentive and receptive during appointments and you always get to have one-on-one contact with your MD at every scheduled appointment. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a PCP.

I have been using Dr. Oleski for 3 years and with not a single complaint. Every time I need them they are there. The entire staff is phenomenal Christie, Gina, Dr. Oleski and Dr. Ramos. Could not be happier ~ best doctors and staff I have had since I was still going to pediatrics.
