This place used to be great when Dr. Obeid was there. When he left, it all went down hill. They tell people to sign and date the form at check in yet get attitude when you refuse to sign it without reading it. The so called doctors they have should go back to medical school. So much to type on complaints, Ill mention a couple. The female Dr sent a script to my pharmacy which my pharmacy had to call stating the medication was too low of a dose. The male Dr can not accept when he is wrong and constantly running late. We are expected to arrive 15 minutes prior to an appointment yet the Drs run late constantly. We have a schedule just as Drs do. Time to bill all Drs for our time when the Drs dont stick to their appointment times. All and all, this place has gone to heck.

poor excuses for physicians.....they tell you everything is "anxiety"...and please hand over your payment!! the patient advocate for these physicians are nothing but a mouth piece for the billing dept........they, like most physicians just want your money...if you buy something from a dept store and its broken...you can return it and get your money back...when you go to a restaurant and the food is sooo bad..they dont charge you or offer something else, ..either way you get reimbursed..not so with the the medical community and this office is no exception.....

Lou-Anne Snyder gets it. She understands what healthcare is supposed to be and she provides well balanced personalized care that makes her patients feel safe and secure in their own skin. She listens to your concerns and never rushes you through your appointment. Its so nice to meet a Dr with empathy and respect for her patients.
