Alkaline Cube

Brought my father in with a broken shoulder after an ER visit. We had an 11:30 appointment time, and we came 20 minutes early to fill out all our first-time paperwork. They didnt even get us into the exam room until 1pm. They havent been forthcoming about the requirements for his treatment, resulting in multiple pointless trips to their office, and the nurses seem to spend most of their time chatting with each other. If it wouldnt delay my fathers treatment and prolong his suffering, we would go elsewhere immediately. They have the walls plastered with awards for "Most Compassionate Doctor"s in almost every room. We havent seen a bit of it.

Second time around when we had to wait over 45 mins and had to repeatedly check in to see what the delay was. Last time, we waited over an hour with my child , with a broken arm and in pain. The front office staff was rude , and would rather spend time chatting than be disturbed to ask about the wait . The lady at the counter had absolutely no customer interaction skills and actually had the audacity to roll her eyes and slam the window. After all this, the doc barely spends 5 mins with patient and really has a do not care attitude. Terrible people skills !

They did a terrible job on May 16 by not informing patients they were closed. They put a sign on the door that said closed for emergency. Even though it was a power outage on the entire street, they could not have other offices make calls? They could have not put a better explanation on the door? Such as we are closed due to now power and we will contact all patients ASAP. Then I waited the next morning and never got a call, I had to call them. And now its two more weeks until see the Doctor.

You sit and sit here waiting to be seen then your in the back waiting more doctor gull frist visit put in surgery and after the pain is worst now than before. .drove over fours to see him they lost my appointment and than sent me to the e.r. never recommend this place

I have seen Dr. Lipton and Dr. Guille. They are two of my favorite doctors. The care about theIraq patients. That goes for the rest of the staff. They are always willing to help and always positive! Sometimes it can be a wait, but it is well worth the wait!

Flew in from Wisconsin to take my son in with a broken collar bone. We saw Dr Guille and he was fantastic. He was laid back and informative. He gave us options and never pushed to do anything. Thanks for making this mom comfortable and relived!

Absolutely amazing. Did wonders with my 2 year old when she fractured her shoulder. Explained everything to us and also to her. Asked her if it was okay to look at her arm which was so kid friendly. Staff all amazing.

Dr. Lipton knew exactly what to do and answered all of our slew of questions. Excellent bedside manner! My husband and I with our three kids feel well cared for! Staff is super nice as well.
