Shameful. I was told four different things by four different people on staff (or within their billing company, office and treatment center, apparently none of which are related enough to tell the same story). Was told at scheduling my appointment that I would not be billed until after, as they wouldnt know the final total until after the procedure. Then 3 days before was contacted for full, up front payment. I then was told that I could pay 50% up front instead just needed to speak to a supervisor first and she would call me the next day. And finally when she did, I was told that my appointment was already canceled. They dont care about their patients, they only care about the almighty dollar. Its like Used Car Salesmen in the medical field. Reprehensible.

Rude uncaring people. Dr. knew little about my condition. Had the nurse talk to me. They ordered the wrong lab tests. Scheduled my follow up appointment wrong twice. Was told expensive drug prescribed had no side affects. Oh it did, many!!! I worked in so called healthcare field so I caught mistakes and did a lot of research myself. Find somewhere else or prepared to be on your own with this group.

The quality of patient care is lackluster. You always are waiting for return calls (no one ever answers the phones). I never speak to the same nurse or doctor. Forget being contacted regarding test results. After two years of suffering with no definitive answers after numerous tests, I have decided to seek help at a smaller, more patient-friendly practice.

Moving to a new state makes it sometimes difficult to find good health care providers. I have to say Im very pleased with Eastern Pennsylvania Gastroenterology. Everyone I have spoken with has been friendly and helpful. Scheduling has been easy and Ive been impressed with the professionalism of everyone.

They did all the tests insurance will pay, and did not come up with anything to cure my issue - luckily it was not a big deal so I do not suffer big time. Doctors do not want to spend time with patients, rundown facilities - not recommended.

Horrible experience with the CRNP, they look at patients with disgust if theyre minorities. The CRNP who I saw was rude and LATE, we had to wait 2 hours to be seen..I dont recommend this place if youre a minority person especially hispanic.

It is almost impossible to get through to someone at the office. They open at 7:30am but dont take calls until after 9am and then your holding for over 15 minutes or more to get through.

There are quite a few doctors here keep in mind, I only saw one and I didnt think very highly of her but remember you can ask to see someone else.

The doctors are ok, but some of the staff (nurses) are extremely rude, especially on the phone. Also their follow up is horribly slow.
