I had issue with the office staff before our appointment. They were very rude over the phone when they called me to take care of something that they told me THEY would take care of 6 months ago. When I needed information fax for insurance reasons (what they said they would take care of) I was told "ugh I will fax it" and the fax was never received so I had to call back again the next day and who did I get, yep you guessed it Ms. Rude. When we arrived for the appointment, we were not greeted and when I stood at the front counter for a few minutes waiting to be helped, I was rudly told to sign in and was pointed to the other side of the counter ( I knew by the voice this is who I had been speaking with on the phone for the past two days). Its such a shame that the first contact was so rude, because Dr. Wagner is the best and so wonderful with kids. So our actual appointment was great. Getting the glasses went well also. Thank goodness for Angelique being at the front office so we could pay and set up the follow up appointment needed. She was so friendly and helpful. I found out she works at the Milford office and that is where our next appointment is...with Dr Wagner of course :) So a big thanks to Angelique for making it so I didnt leave the office completely unsatisfied with the front staff!!

I had a wonderful experience from start to finish with my 10 year old son! The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful. Dr. Wagner was awesome with him!!! He joked with him and made him feel comfortable, as well as talked to me in terms that I could understand. Freda helped us get glasses...she was extremely patient with my son. She spent a significant amount of time helping us find the best frames to suit my sons needs. When I picked up the glasses, which came in over a week early, the lady who helped us was very friendly. She listened to what my son said he needed for his glasses to fit him comfortably and met his needs perfectly.

My wife and I had our appointments one after the other. The staff was courteous and friendly. Dr Ryan Halpern was very knowledgeable and was patient with us and explained everything. We had our eyes "mapped" by a giant machine that resembles something from a science-fiction movie. We are very happy with how we were treated and recommend this location to anyone.

They need to change their hours on here. Not happy at all. I drove 40 minutes just to find out they were closed. The hours on here are 8-8. Their door said they closed at 6. I showed up at 7
