Dr. Gray is outstanding. My initial visit was an emergency situation and the office staff fit me into their busy schedule immediately. I first saw Dr. Jones who spent high-quality time with me and made an initial assessment, then immediately contacted an outstanding surgeon who she arranged to see me within hours. My unique eye situation required some critical care emergency needs that Dr. Gray then responded to before office hours, and even on a holiday when the office was not scheduled to open. Dr. Gray went far above and beyond what any doctor I have ever known would have done to help me. She is highly professional, and amazingly skilled, resourceful, caring, and compassionate. Our entire family, including young children, will now start seeing Dr. Gray. Medical and support staff, including Regina and Dianne, are professional, responsive, and highly dedicated to the work they do. Dr. Gray and Dr. Jones, thank you for setting a tone of such high-level professionalism in this office. Please know it is noticed, respected, and appreciated.

Complete Family Eyecare is the Complete Package! From warm bedside manners to the kind and helpful staff Im very impressed! I live in Lancaster and was referred to Dr. Gray by a friend who couldnt say enough good things about her and the practice and now I see why, it was worth the drive. Its been some time since Ive had an eye exam but I can honestly say that Ive never had such a complete eye exam. Seriously, I left feeling like I just had my eyes detailed and now have a sense of relief. I scheduled my parents an appointment with Dr. Gray as well and she was so great with them. English is their second language and doctors appointments can be somewhat uncomfortable for them. Dr. Gray not only made them feel comfortable but she really took the time to ensure they understood exactly what she was doing at all times. We never felt rushed or like an inconvenience. Kudos to the entire staff for even impressing my parents! I can and will without hesitation recommend Complete Family Eyecare to anyone looking for a top notch eye exam!

They do not carry spare parts for their eyeglasses. I had to go through an eye exam to get a new temple for a frame I had purchased from them. The new temple was made in China and failed within one week. They gave me a hard time before they replaced the entire frame again. They wanted me to leave my glasses for the warranty. I asked them, "How am I supposed to drive a car without my glasses?" They finally replaced the frame. Then I was told that the one year warranty is voided for me. Stay away from this place!!!

Most thorough eye exams Ive ever had. All the eye doctors are good there. They have the most current styles of eyeglasses. They even gave me samples of contact lenses to try. Once, Dr. Gray came in off hours for an emergency visit. She gives you the feeling that she really cares. The staff is always smiling. I highly recommend them this office!

My family (me, wife, & two kids) have now had our second annual visit with this practice and cant say enough great things about them. Dr. Gray is great with my kids (6 year old and 5 year old). She does a thorough examination and does not cut any corners. Its nice to know theres a practice like this close to home.
