My fiance did not have the surgery yet but so far bad experience he went in for his pre op and he was told a price and we double checked before we made the appointment then we asked again before we paid $400 and we were still told the same price then at the end of the appointment we were told no its $500 more because the price we were told was a special and hes having the surgery after the special deadline..... Um well dont you think you should have said something before the appointment when we asked to me thats false advertising and misleading and a freaken rip off!!! We also have to pay $300 for an eye that he isnt getting a surgery on for some lame reason but to us its just to stick in there pocket this place is a rip off plain and simple!!!

Dr Vale and Dr. Chandoha did a fabulous job on my recent laser eye surgery. I have very dry eyes and they took the necessary time (prior to surgery) to fix this issue. I had a slight issue after my surgery and had to go back in the next day and Dr. Vale took care of it. In a follow-up appointment with Dr. Chandoha, my vision was 20/10 and she said it looked like there was never any issue with the surgery. The financing, through Care Credit, is great and the surgery was the most affordable around. I just got married last month and it was amazing to not have to worry about contacts. If you are looking into eye surgery, definitely stop into Acuity and talk to Dolores (she is great, too!).

I am so happy with my results! I wore contacts for 15 years and couldnt see a thing with out them. I was tired of waking up in the morning trying to feel around to find my glasses and still not being able to see perfectly with my glasses on. I also had a really bad glare at night when I was driving, and it was getting to the point where I didnt want to drive at night. I finally decided to go to Acuity Laser Eye and Vision Center for a consultation to see if they would be able to help me. Two weeks later I had the surgery and it has been the best decision! The night glare is gone and I can see perfectly. My husband wants to get it next! Thanks Dr. Vale and Staff!

Deciding to to have PRK LASIK surgery was one of the best decisions that I have made. I no longer need to wear glasses or contacts and have achieved 20/15 vision in both eyes; better than "perfect!" Now I never have to worry about not seeing something with crystal clarity or missing any moments with my children. Dr. Vale and his outstanding staff where there every step of the way from pre-operation through recovery. Since my surgery, he has become my regular eye doctor and his dedication to the overall health of my eyes is what distinguishes him as a truly dedicated professional.

THE BEST LASIK VISION CENTER !!! I just had my surgery, PRK, and I am so happy that I finally did it. Only wish I would have done it years ago!! Dr. Vale is fantastic, super nice and very personable. The ENTIRE staff is so helpful, polite and just wonderful. They really make you feel at ease. I was nervous about the surgery but once I got to the VIsion Center I was so relaxed, even before the medication. I have recommended Dr. Vale to several people at my office and have said that this is the only place I would go !!

EPI Lasik surgery was the most life changing experience for me. Dr. Vale is the most concerned and informative physician that I have seen (and I have seen quite a few in my life at 69 years of age). The biggest mistake I have made is not to have it done sooner. I now see better than any time in my life that I can remember (20:15). If you live in the northeast or for that fact any of the US and you are considering Lasik consider Acuity Laser Eye & Vision Center. Their prices for their service cant be beat!!

Im still trying to comprehend how a receptionist "forgets" to call you to let you know that the person youre driving home from surgery is almost done with their procedure so you can pick them up. Offices close at 5 and I had to call on my own to see if my boyfriend was done with surgery (he was also there for more than 4 hours). While I was dropping him off I was told I would receive a call 45 minutes prior to his surgery being done, that obviously did not happen. Overall Im extremely disappointed.

Staff is excellent. Doctor Vale is very friendly. I have achieved 20/10 vision. For being a 22 year old male, not having any idea what he is doing, the staff held my hand and walked me through everything step by step. Answered every question, and were ontop of everything. ^ that was a little embarrassing to admit, but my chin is held high now without the need for glasses or contacts.

Do not give this place any money! They will conceal extremely important, relevant information from you! They will mislead you! They will want money from you prior to your surgery. Then your realize it is a bait and switch and they have your money! You will not get it back. Please, do not give this place any money! You will regret it

The staff and the facility were excellent! I love the work Dr. Vale and the team did! They were very friendly and upfront with the the procedures and costs. Ive told everyone that I can to go see Dr. Vale if they are looking to get lasik done. I highly recommend Acuity.
