I DO NOT recommend this office for eye care for children. The nurse practitioner and other medical staff prepared to hold my child down to force eye drops. When I refused, they still tried to convince me. When directly asked if drops were actually needed (since we were referred for a vision test only), staff became extremely nervous in their explanation of why drops were "needed" at this appointment. They then informed me that they were going to charge my insurance for the drops, even though we ended up foregoing eye drops completely, and that I have 2 months to bring my child back to get the drops. The nurse practitioner also made negative comments about my child in front of my child. I will NEVER bring my child back. Please do not trust the staff at this office with your children. Find a doctor and staff who genuinely care for the well being of their patients, as this one clearly does not.

Wonderful practice. I have been seeing double reading since high school. For the longest time I just thought I was tired and wasnt getting enough sleep. This has made school and studying much harder then it could of been. I came in for an eye exam to see Dr. Lavrich to examine my pituitary gland and she diagnosed me with strabismus (seeing double.) I started seeing Dr. Nicholson and the program they have me on has worked wonders!! I no longer see double and its so easy to do - it is a take home program that takes 4 minutes a day. Dr. Lavrich and Dr. Nicholson are amazing dedicated doctors and I 100% recommend this practice.

I do not recommend. The front desk is very rude and disrespectful. They have no phone etiquette. Its very difficult to make an appointment. And dont expect to have your messages returned. I had to call 3 times separately in one day, only to finally be redirected to a woman who starts the conversation with name?. The sit in the waiting room is entirely too long, only to then be rushed through your appointment. The fun part is having to go to the front desk for final check out. Needless to say, I will not be returning here.

I DO NOT recommend Total Eye Care. Their admistrative procedures are frustrating. When you call the only option is to leave a message. An issue that could be resolved in a 90 sec phone call, is a week long voicemail affair. They have lousy customer service. I had an insurance issue that was an obvious mistake by the ins. co. and they would not help resolve. I am GOING TO ANOTHER EYE CARE place.

My whole family come here for their eye exams. I see Dr Cianni, my two children see Dr Nicholson, my husband and mother in law see Dr Stein. Everyone is fantastic and the staff is always so helpful. Highly recommend this practice
