Ive been a patient with this company since I was a little girl. Ive never seen anyone being mistreated or judge racially or being spoke to in a demeaning manner. I think its disgusting that someone would write such terrible things about a company that has been apart of our community for many years. Zane Burke is a person with great standards and morals. Who has, for many years, given back to the community that has been supporting him and his business. The staff who works for him are loyal and think of each other as family. You may ask how I could support that information. Every time I go there I speak to the staff (who I mention has been working there for several years along side Zane) celebrates holidays together or just invite one another over for dinner. The NEW Doctor that is on staff now is brilliant. Very skilled in his profession and is kind to his patients. The NEW doctor will see clients regardless if they dont mind waiting for him to finish up with another patient. He has never ONCE yelled at me, raised his voice or any other degrading commentary that has been written on google reviews. When I order contacts Bobbie is wonderful and has them ready for me the same week or next week. She works with my schedule and is very kind. Zane helps me choose the appropriate eyewear for me and has them done in the same amount of time. I give this office a 5 star rating because regardless of how busy they are during the day I am still treated as if Im family. Call Brodheadsville Eye Care Center and decide for yourself. There is a reason why this company has been in our community for over twenty four years.

Brodheadsville Eye Care is top notch. They provide exceptional service and accurate prescriptions and eyewear. My whole family goes here. We have been to other practices in the area and got the *best* service and care right here! We will never go anywhere else. I would highly recommend them. Be wary of anyone posing as a customer and giving Brodheadsville Eye Care a bad rap -- probably the jealous competition! They are just wrong.

Ive been a patient at another eye practice, but the care I received at Brodheadsville was the most thorough. My exam was comprehensive, and I left the office with a better understanding of my prescription and my eye health. I was not a number at this office! I was treated like a friend and neighbor. I highly recommend Mr. Burke and his staff!

I just went here for the first time this week and I have never had such a wonderful experience at the eye doctor. These people are amazing, professional and incredibly kind and I loved talking to them. Anyone who had a bad experience was either rude in turn or must be talking about a different place.

I have been going there for about 20 years and I have never had a bad experience. The new doctor is wonderful and very professional. Zane fits the glasses perfectly and if you need any adjustments made its done quickly and correctly. I highly recommend them for all your needs.

I would rather go blind than return to this place. The optican is rude and bad mouths everyone else. He made the wrong glasses for my husband and me. We went back three times without any results. He told us we were wrong. Never will go back there again.

The doctor is a fraud and is not properly licensed. He also hates children. Black ones especially.
