I work in Malvern and chose Great Valley Eye Associates after a coworker recommended them. I havent had a bad experience. I wasnt so sure about one of my prescriptions but it seems to have worked out for me. Also, any time I have managed to break my glasses they have been very helpful and have made what adjustments or repairs they could right when I walked in. I recommend them and have not experienced any of the rudeness mentioned in Kathies review.

We are a family of 5 and all of us are required to wear corrective lenses. We have all been patients of Dr Neiderer for 15 years and have been very happy with the care we receive. The staff is friendly and we are always seen on time for our appointments. If you are in need of a new optometrist, I would recommend you call Great Valley Eye.

Front desk staff is incredibly rude. Never received expected callbacks, took forever to get appointments and products that were ordered, and they "forgot" to order lenses that I had already paid their overpriced fees for. Definitely take your business elsewhere.

All I can say is that Great Valley Eye Associates is Great! Dr. Niederer is wow.thorough and authentic. She knows eyes and eye lids. I highly recommend this office, as I have been a patient for several years.
