I saw Dr. Raymond Jones and he made a BIG mistake on my prescription. Bought my glasses at the office and could not wear them. Told the woman at the optician office that I could not see. She was RUDE, IGNORANT, DEMEANING! Told me to get USED to THEM!! The optician would not even check to see if the prescription was incorrect. Just wear them and get used to them! Went back 3 times and Dr. Jones did admit that it was incorrect. I then SUPPOSEDLY received the correct prescription for both my regular glasses and sun glasses. Could never wear the sun glasses. Found out that the sun glasses were a DIFFERENT prescription than my regular glasses. HOW CAN THEY BE SO STUPID? I wasted $800 on glasses that were not the correct prescription. I would not take my CAT or DOG to Dr. Jones or his minion staff of ignorant people or the miserable opticians in this office. You are better off going to Vision Works. You get better quality glasses at a lower price and the people are super nice. I broke my glasses in December and Vision Works asked Vistarr to fax my prescription to them. They were told, they DIDNT HAVE IT! Find another ophthalmologist and optician, dont go to VISTARR unless you want to be bullied! By the way, one star is one star too many for this office!

The wait is long, I mean LONG. The office is unorganized at all, but it looks pretty. No one knows who is serving who. I can tell from listening to the telephone conversation while I was waiting, and then the side conversation among the staff while the phone conversation is on hold. I wished not to be the one on hold ever. Not to mention how rude they were. I went to this office twice now. In 2002, and in 2007, I thought things may have improved from 2002, but that was sad. Long wait, and 10 minutes with the doctor, who acted like a hurry waitress at the local diner. I needed to get my old prescription from last two weeks, so I called them. they got it from their storage and left me a messege to call them back. I called and my chart was no where to be found at first and they asked me who did I speak to, and who left the messege, and wanted me to call them back in a day or two, I said no, so they found it somewhere in their disaster. I am very sure the HIPAA will be happy to hear this story in details. I hope you read this before you make this call.

I went to the Paoli office with the worst experience ever. With the Davis Vision insurance and spent additional more than two hundred dollar, I got a pair of glasses with an inaccurate prescription and possible misalignment (Optometrist told me). I went back to the office. They said that they cant do anything! When I got the glasses, I told them right away that I couldnt see far away as clear as my old glasses. They told me it might take a while for my eye to adjust. I believe in them. However, after a couple of months, I still have a problem to see traffic signs when I drive. Now, I guess my eyes have to adjust to the bad glasses! What a joke!

The doctor put me down because they couldnt figure out my eye problem and told me it was my fault instead of trying to diagnose the problem. Look at the Yelp reviews for this place as well. I should have known better. I dont ever review places but felt compelled to review this buisness because of how awful they treated me. One star is too many stars as I would rather it be zero.

I go to Dr. Milhimes at this office and she is great. Never had any issues with the front desk, and never felt rushed. Ive been to both this office and the Paoli office and have had great experiences.
