"SERVICE EXCELLENCE IS A NON-NEGOTIABLE PRACTICE" "Service Excellence begins and ends with each one of us." The Standards of Service Excellence include: Appearance, Attitude, Commitment to Co-Workers-Patients, Communication to Co-Workers-Patients, Confidentiality – Patients, Patient / Customer Waiting – courtesy, Etiquette and Privacy – to which I ascribe the office of Dr. Alton A. Williams. A doctor’s knowledge, training and expertise as important or very important with regard to creating a positive customer experience is paramount – and again the definitive Dr. Alton A. Williams with whom I ascribe patient service excellence. The adjective par excellence means better or more than all others of the same kind - Dr. Alton A. Williams. If this “Patient Satisfaction Survey” - commentary appears to have a predilection, penchant, proclivity or affinity you’re right, for I’m biased in the extreme for my most trusted ophthalmologist – and my lifelong dear friend - Dr. Alton A. Williams . Wayne

Horrible. I went for my Glaucoma test and Dr. Williams put some drops in my eyes to dilate my pupils. After the test when I stepped outside the clinic I was literally blinded by the sunlight. I waited sometime to get accustomed to the glare...but I just couldnt open my eyes. I had forgotten to take my sunglasses. Unable to drive I had to call my husband to pick me up. It was only after 2 hours that I could see properly. I decided to google this and found out this..."Once the drops have taken effect, your eye doctor will use various instruments to look inside your eyes. You should bring sunglasses with you to your eye exam, to minimize glare and light sensitivity on the way home. If you forget to bring sunglasses, the staff usually will give you a disposable pair.".....neither the doctor told me anything about this nor did his staff. Disgusting!!!!! Avoid if you can

Hands down this office has to be the worst experience I have ever had . You can NEVER get through to a live person in the office. It is constant voicemails and prayer that someone will actually call you back. If youre lucky enough to get a call without having to leave multiple messages, it is definitely not in a timely manner. I have to go back to this office 3 times now to try and get a correct and accurate prescription for me to order my glasses, and here I am waiting yet again for a call back. I had done my research on this physician, and thought it would be a wonderful experience, but instead it has been an absolute nightmare.

I had to take my newborn with me and it was also my 5 year olds first time at an eye doctor. All the staff, including Dr Williams were awesome, even when my son got a little busy and had some trouble sitting still, and even when my newborn started crying and I had to stop to feed her. They were all the most courteous during my 2 visits (I had to leave and come back to order my sons new glasses, which they let him pick out and also allowed him to pull his own frames), and I look forward to returning.

Dr. Williams took his time with me and gave me a thorough eye exam and explained everything as the exam progressed. Best eye exam I have ever had. I am glad that I switched to his office!

Didnt really have any issues with my appointment here. The doctor seemed knowledgeable and I was in and out in a decent amount of time. I didnt have to sit around waiting.

The prices on contacts are very expensive. And if you have dry eye get a second opinion before you sign up for dry eye omega plan.
