Recently moved to Pottstown from Philly and had been putting off finding a new eye doctor. Did some research for local eye doctors and didnt like what my options were. Contacted my insurance provider and they sent me a list of locations near me. It was the first time I then saw Dr. Ruskiewicz. So I decided to look into his practice a little more and decided to take a chance. Needless to say, but it was a great choice. From the moment I walked in and spoke to the receptionist I knew I was in good hands. Dr. Ruskiewicz himself is one of a kind and funny might I add. Ive never had an eye doctor break down everything that was mentioned. His thorough explanations almost leaves no room for questions or misunderstanding. His wife also works there and spotted me having a hard time picking frames, be sure to ask for her when making your selection. All in all, I can guarantee you wont be disappointed.

I recently had my first appointment with Dr. Ruskiewicz and am very pleased. He was engaging, up to date on the newest products, generous with the free samples (ha!) and spent a good deal of time talking to me about preventative measures for healthy eyes in the long term. Ill be honest, my prescription hasnt changed in years and I just needed it renewed to order new lenses. So glad I went in because it was a refreshing visit. I learned quite a bit about my eyes and the office staff let me know about an insurance benefit I am entitled to that I was unaware of. Would highly recommend!

Arrived early for every appointment. Always had to wait 30 - 40 minutes after my appointment time to get called back to then sit in the room for another 20 - 30 minutes waiting for the doctor. I timed my last appointment, I was in the office for 2 hours and 38 minutes for a routine exam. They seem to not be concerned with customer satisfaction. They seem to always be trying to "learn the new computer system." this slows things down TREMENDOUSLY! I have switched Drs. My time is important too.
