I have been a regular patient of Dr. McKinneys for the last year and have experienced great results in pain relief and much more restful sleep. I will say the pain relief took quite a few visits and I had to see my care plan through. I was skeptical at first but I stuck to the care plan and it was one of the best decisions I ever made. Dr. McKinney also has a vast knowledge when it comes to nutrition and exercise that helped me lose the 18 pounds I had gained over the last 10 years. I would recommend him highly to family and friends. If you want to experience the improvement in health and wellness I have experienced you should not hesitate for one second about going in for an evaluation and treatment. One piece of advice I have is not to give up after the first 3 or 4 visits. It takes time to correct what probably took years to cause.

I went to see Dr. McKinney for my back and knee pain. He took the time to identify what was exactly bothering me and how to go about easing my pain. Right after my first session with Dr. McKinney the next day I noticed a difference in my back and kee, the pain wasnt as bad as it was before I saw Dr. McKinney. Im a union pipefitter/welder so I do get in positions that strain my back as well as the rest of my body. He had recommended to get insoles for my work boots, now they were a little pricey but after wearing them for about 2 weeks of wearing them and seeing Dr. McKinney for regular adjustments. My back pain in almost none existent. Very knowledgeable young man, and always greets you with a smile. Highly recommend going to Fredericksburg Chiropractic! Dont be scared to go see Dr. McKinney get in there and live pain free!

Strongly Recommended - I contacted Dr. McKinney office first online and then made a call to the office to see how quickly I could get an appointment. I was having trouble walking and doing basic daily functions. After several visits I was at least able to get around better and am still continuing my care even though I feel pretty darn good. Dr. McKinney and Tammy are great people and they truly care about you and your needs. This is definitely a short version of the story but I would recommend to my friends and family or anyone looking for treatment.

If you want to feel better naturally, this is the place to go. Fredericksburg Chiropractic offers therapies, manual adjustments and a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. A number of years ago I injured my back. I went through injections, physical therapy, and was on a number of medications, but nothing worked. Then, about 4 years ago, Dr. Jimmy worked his magic on me. Today, I feel like a different person. Sometimes, all you need is the right doctor. Thank you Dr. Jim.

I was at Ft indiantown gap for military training when i hurt my neck. The appointment staff was super helpful and fit me into an appointment that day. The doctor was friendly and help alleviate my pain. He explained my problem and offered to see me for an alignment for the few days i was in the area. Within a day i felt results, i could look right with little to no pain. The office offers electro massage and a spine roller. The doctor is military friendly.

Strongly Recommended – I love road cycling and thought I had to give it up because neck and back pain. After my first consultation, Dr. McKinney found that I had curves in my spine that was causing my pain. It was amazing to see the difference from my first my x-rays to my last x-rays he took 12 weeks later. My posture straight again and it feels great not to be slouching all the time.

I am a brand new client of Dr. James McKinney, I went to see him on a Friday for severe neck n head pain, I was dealing with a headache for almost 40days, no lie!, 4 bottles of EXCEDERIN migraine later, that Friday he adjusted me, and my neck immediately felt relief I still had a headache that night, but the next morning I felt wonderful, no headache or neck Pain OMG!!!!!! I really messed up my back and shoulder while away on vacation. I knew my first stop was to see Dr. McKinney when I returned. I could barely move my head and I had a rib out of place. I had trouble breathing! Dr. McKinney knew just what to do and I was back to work and on the tractor in two days! Pain is completely gone.

Ever since Ive been going to Dr. McKinney for neck adjustments, my headaches have been less intense and less frequent. I dont have to take medicine to make the pain go away anymore. He is great at coming up with a plan that fixes the issue and doesnt just temporarily cover it up. I would highly recommend going to him!

This place is great! The staff were all helpful and friendly. I was at Fort Indiantown Gap for a school and dont live in the area when I injured my back. Dr McKinney took great care of me within an hour. I would recommend him to anyone in need of good thorough chiropractic care.
