Find a REAL DOCTOR. Do not waste your time or money. I completed all of my paperwork at home. That was a waste because the helper and the doctor asked all of the same ?s again. They at least could have read some of what I wrote for my medial history. After a series of tests, x-rays and a brief look at my results the doctor said that I would come back after his team has reviewed my case. End of next week would be good. They would have a treatment plan ready for me. He had no plans to treat my issue today but I did ask for a treatment to ease my issue. SO SORRY THAT I DID. WHAT A JOKE. He kept making stupid jokes the entire time. This was not a laughing matter. Then is was time to check out and make that next appt. for the review of my treatment plan and sit in with the Insurance Manager. You would have thought that I was buying a used car. I was handed a postcard that stated that FOR ONLY $79 NEW PATIENTS receive: Consultation, exam, x-rays, muscle testing and they only wanted the $79. I asked the clerk what were the total charges for today that you were going to bill my insurance company. She did not have an answer. I told her that I will pay after my insurance company is billed and my EOB is mailed to me. She was not happy and asked me to leave the office. My husband and I left the office. While waiting for the elevator in the hall outside of their office the office Manager followed me. I thought that she was going to get in the elevator with us. Just then I realized that I did not have any paperwork from todays visit. I went back inside to ask for anything that might list what was done on todays visit. The office Manager aggressively approached me again and said I told you to leave the office. If you dont leave I will call the POLICE! OMG! NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I BEEN TOLD THAT BY ANYONE. FIND A REAL DOCTOR WHO CARES!!!!!!!

I was in a new pain for days after an "adjustment," when Dr. Matt apparently did not read the report of the three and a half hour intake done by his staff, AND disregarded my concern when I also told him first hand as I lay on the table. I was careful to explain it to him, since it was a recent injury and a painful area. Ignored. He then basically jumped on the area I told him should be avoided and I had brief sharp pain and then longer (days) pain and difficulty sleeping. UNREAL. Matt stuck to his M.O. and proved he is a poor listener and wants to run people through and bill, bill, bill. To be fair, the entire intake and initial treatment experience wasted just OVER 3.5 hours of my rare time away from work, the intake was more like a mere 3. These are hard facts people. I noted the times. They did all kinds of questionably beneficial x-rays, a lengthy sales job (plus a few more times they were clearly selling. I thought I was already sold, thats why I came.) Honestly there is a laundry list of reasons to go somewhere else where they put the patient first, ahead of pure profit-taking. Ive been doing much better with another chiropractor, I am SO glad I switched. You have to be able to relax to get an adjustment to work, and you cant do that when you cant trust. My new chiropractor is a world of difference from the hollywood style of Dr. Matt and his flashy spa-style decorations and experience. I prefer a provider who is real with you and isnt CONSTANTLY trying to sell you something or bill you for something. They actually charged another customer for items that the insurance covered. It was bizarre. It looks good at first and it worked ok too, mostly, but obviously the bad side outweighed the good, and the danger of being injured is especially not worth it to me.

This is going to be long... my wife went here for some back trouble and at her first visit, she got a kind of demeaning look due to the fact we had health insurance through the marketplace. Then, she was told our insurance covered her up to 20 visits before a co-pay was necessary. 2 weeks later, they randomly started charging her a co-pay. In every visit, the "drs" just quick glanced over her chart and cracked her back without asking her where the pain was. They charged her $80 every time she did exercises there, that could have been done at home. The exercises were completely unsupervised. They told her every visit to go do these exercises before she was taken in. After she had completed the recommended treatment, we received bills for services that our insurance wouldnt cover. So I went in to discuss payment and also to express my frustration in their disregard of caring for their patient. I CALMLY walked in and CALMLY stated why I was there. I wasnt on the HIPPA forms, so there was nothing I could do. I scheduled an appointment with their billing manager. (Who is currently not employed there anymore). On my way home, my wife called me crying because this individual called and said I was threatening her employees, and causing a huge scene. This manager said they would call the police if I came back there again. This manager also would say phone calls were made regarding insurance and we never received calls or voicemails. I was so dissatisfied with the whole operation of this facility. I find this behavior reprehensible and this business should be shut down for stealing honest peoples money. You shouldnt go here. Dont even look. There are a lot more knowledgeable, kind and honest chiropractic professionals in the area.

STAY AWAY! SHAM! THIEVES! HUCKSTERS! STOLE MY HOPE AND MONEY I have had back pain for over 16 years. I received no help from MDs so against my MDs recommendation I went to Chiropractic first anyway. Yes! My Medical Doctor told me not to bother. I went anyway was told how I could have this that and the other thing. I was told to make a second appointment for test results. This second appoint was a total sales pitch and the chiropractor either forgot about all the things he seen on the first visit, or they just werent there to begin with. After $120 dollars they found nothing wrong and paid $79 to basically sit through a sales pitch. This was a horrible experience and I lost $120 that I could have used to feed my two children. I have real back pain and tired of people stealing my money with no intent on helping me. STAY AWAY! I will not see another chiropractor ever again. Osteopathic Doctors are medical doctors trained in manual manipulation. Manual manipulation is what chiropractors do. Chiropractors are people who couldnt get into medical school otherwise they would be D.O,s (Doctor of Osteopathy). Those of you that actually go I feel bad. God bless .

Ridiculous and Wrong. Beware, very poor customer service. Their first customer visit includes an evaluation. They charged $39 dollars to perform tests and then demanded a charge for ANOTHER $69 at a SEPARATE appointment to find out the results of those tests! I thought things were fishy when I was having my card ran after my first appointment without any test results being shared. I asked the front desk assistant (and then later had another say the same) and was told I wouldnt have to pay again. Next day I get an email from their insurance specialist, then later a call from their director saying that the second charge non-negotiable. Even when I asked for a refund, I was denied my money back! Ive never been to a doctor/mechanic or any other service that charges for an evaluation, then demands a second appointment (and CHARGE) before telling you what theyve found!
