Unless you liked to be treated with absolute disrespect I would not recommend this office to anyone! The way the front desk staff speak to the patients is unacceptable. I called yesterday to verify my benefits and find out if I had a copay when visiting the doctors the woman informed me I needed to call my insurance which I proceeded to do but was then informed by my insurance that the provider needed to contact them via phone as opposed to electronically in order to access my insurance. I then called the office back and explained what I had been told, the woman told me that she would call them and call me back to explain what I would be responsible for. I called today because the woman never called me back and the woman I spoke to today continuously interrupted me as I was trying to explain my insurance situation to her. The women I spoke to wouldnt even let me explain to her the different setup even though I had already successfully explained it to the woman who never called me back from the day before. Neither of the two women I interacted with were professional in any manner and therefore I cant imagine what my experience with this facility would have been had I gone in for my appointment. You hire people who represent your company and from what I dealt with I am not impressed and will easily find another, more caring and friendlier health care provider in the area.

It took this office several calls and complaints and three months to get my medical records to be sent to my doctors office who moved from this location! I got a lot of "hold on", "we sent it". But when I called directly to the copying service, they stated they never received the information. This delayed my surgery because of this. Office manager was no help.

Horrible horrible horrible place. Dr. Prime is great, but his staff is absolutely horrible. Its ridiculous everything they have put my family through. I will never go there again, and I will never reccommend this practice to anyone. Dr. Prime.. Im sorry your staff made you lose a client.
