WORST OFFICE EVER-Dont try to get an appointment...2 months later you might be seen. Dont get stuck in traffic or hung up at work...they will cancel your appointment without notice for not arriving 30 minutes early. Doesnt matter that you will go without medicine...they only care if you are in dire need of medical attention. This is the worst doctor ever. Avoid at all costs...go to the ER or Urgent Care first. You will receive better care and someone who truly cares about you. These doctors really dont. They just want your money!

Ive been waiting almost three months for my "new Patient" appointment, only to be called 10 days before and told the Doctor I have my appointment with is leaving the practice along with another Doctor so they have no options for me. They suggested that I stay with my current Doctor who is also with Sentara. Im leaving his practice due to the very poor service I receive. Very disappointed but happy to find out this office is obviously having some issues before I become a patient there.

Great staff, clean and organized locations. Always been able to get seen promptly and they send prescriptions to the pharmacy making it seamless to pickup any medicine. Definitely recommend as primary care.
