They do not return their patients calls, it is impossible to get an appointment within a reasonable time frame (you may as well go to urgent care or a hospital), they are not patient/customer service oriented at all, and they are unwilling to do the most basic task that family doctors normally do, such as refilling prescriptions. Keep looking for somewhere else to go because this is not the place you want to go or take your family members for health care services.
