The staff here is always so rude. I mainly come here for lab work, and for some reason I assume that is their least favorite thing to do since they are never nice to me when I inform them I need lab work done. If the staff at your medical center dont enjoy doing lab work, then maybe you should reconsider your staff considering this is the job that theyve sign up for.

Okay staff. Nurse gave me wrong info/ was misinformed. Waited 2 hours with 2 people in front of me. Doctor didnt even greet me and was short and unwelcoming. Came here previously and was stuck 5 time for blood work. Used my arm like a violin. Heavily bruised. Avoid this office.

This place is very nice, the staff are also excellent. However, every time I come my wait time gets longer and longer.... 3rd person to walk in for urgent care, checked in in 1 hour and 5 minutes. Then sit for another 45 minutes to be seen.... and the waiting room is empty!!

Staff is friendly and the work is good but it takes the "urgent" out of urgent care. Average wait time is anywhere from 45 minutes to 2 hours, even if theres hardly anyone here.
