This medical facility hires less than sub par pediatric doctors DOD. After explaining to the lead doctor in pediatrics , Ferris, that my son was having hearing issues, her response was literally that she would not put in a referral for a hearing test as this would cause paperwork for her. This same "Doctor" examined my son and concluded that he was clear of any signs of a sore throat while a following check up with another doctor diagnosed him with strep throat and treated him accordingly. This Doctor has made such a horrible impression that we have switched to Tricare Standard. Please USN, stop hiring the bottom 10% of the graduating class. Military dependents and active duty deserve the same care and respect as civilians experience when seeing a doctor.

I was trying to get ahold of the Medical Records Dept. There is no option for this on the touch tone menu. After about 20 minutes, I randomly selected immunizations and asked the kind gentleman there to transfer me to MEDRECs. He gave me the number to some Chiefs office... Selecting customer service option from touch tone menu just rings forever. Other options gave me voicemails. This system needs to be updated.

My wife and I both have had a ton of trouble here. We have had lied put into records, false diagnosis, and and appointments are getting cancelled continuously. Even after going to the ER they still kept canceling my appointments. It has to be THE WORST medical center on the east coast

Medical staff doesnt want to help you. Theyre always sleeping in there offices. Lack of professionalism. Staff will look at you and not help you just poor establishment overall

Government employees seem upset over customers coming in and causing them to work. Military employees just seem to walk in circles. Tough job!
