I went here one Saturday a few weeks ago for genetic testing and was in and out. I didnt even wait. Now I went back for the 2nd part of the test. I waited 2 HOURS, partially because the incompetent lady skipped my name after I realized the guy sitting next to me came in 3 people AFTER me. And the girl after him insisted she was next but would let me go... Um no Ive been here for almost a hour before you so youre damn straight Im going next. The idiot technician apologized multiple times but that didnt calm my raging hormones and the fact that I wanted deck her for being stupid and incapable of crossing names off of a list so she didnt miss anyone... Like the angry pregnant lady on the cusp of throwing up any moment. This place needs better employees that can keep up. I hope I never have to go back.
