I wasnt informed when I scheduled my initial appt that it was a virtual appt. I was open to the idea but after several months came to the conclusion this was not for me. You can see the doc on the computer monitor and use their headphones or a staff members cell phone for the audio. Numerous technical difficulties. In four months time no one can tell me how much I owe. They cant figure out my copay so they dont collect. The doctor is not in the Hampton Roads area which means scripts for controlled substances have to be mailed to their office and a return trip to pick them up. When I arrived for two of my scheduled appts I was asked if I could come back several hours later. The second time this happened was a weekday and I was unable to return because I needed to go to work. I was told in a follow up call that the scripts were going to be mailed. About a week later I called to see if they arrived, they hadnt, approx another week passed and I called to check again and was told my scripts were there for pick up. I arrived a few minutes later and found out my scripts had not even been mailed yet. I was out of my medication for over three weeks because of all this. Update....Customer service is lacking. Three voice messages were never returned. Heaven forbid you might have questions about your bills when you finally get them. Finally stopped by to try and get answers and was referred to their web page. Im sure that this practice is meeting the needs of quite a few individuals in the community but its not a good fit for me.

Had a breakdown lastnight , knew it was time to stop get help. Checked reviews online , said a prayer and chose 1of 10 that did not have a bad review. Called and spoke with Roslyn ( hope spelled correct) told her what happened and she heard my concern and squeezed me in ASAP. Then I spoke with Lamyra and actually cried which i never do. She also heard my concern and went out of her way to address my needs ASAP and even managed to make me laugh. I WISH MORE PEOPLE KNEW HOW TO LISTEN LIKE THIS. THE ABILITY TO HEAR THE CRY BEFORE THE WEEPING, THE SIGHT TO SEE WHAT COULD HAPPEN IF WHATS HAPPENING IS OVERLOOKED. Mental health is NOT a game and should not be treated lightly I havent even seen the doctor but I already feel safe. THANK YOU

Dr. Segall and Dr. Ro are amazing!!!! The staff is always very professional and at the same time fun and personable. Dr. Segall is not the type to just hand out meds. I had been on quite a few meds in the past and he is the only person who has been able to fine the perfect combination and dosage in only 2 meds. Dr. Ro is very down to earth and fun. She is not the type to just sit back with the whole tell me how you feel approach which is what makes her perfect for me. I really enjoy this group and look forward to continuing to work with them!
