By far the worst experience I have ever had with a pediatrician. The office was very nice, the doctor was great, but the nurse that assisted with the appointment has no business being in health care. She was short from the get go, and when it was time to give my child a test (and not a mandatory one at that) she was beyond unprofessional. I understand that a childs arm must be held to give them a needle, but she litterally yanked on my child until his wrist was red. Instead of talking him down, she told him how much it would hurt, only scaring him more. She then said shed go get the other nurse to assist her and it would hurt "so much more" if she had to come in. Of course, my child started crying as soon as the other nurse walked in, he believed she was there just to hurt him. After more threats and the first nurse trying to force him to lay on the table (a vulnerable position so he was even more upset) the second nurse states that the test isnt mandatory and we can go. First nurse gives me a "Sorry, mom" as we leave. I did make a complaint and the office manager was quick to call me back. I have absolutely no issue with anyone in this office, besides our nurse, and I am honestly impressed by the offices follow up, but my son will not be returning to this medical group while this woman is working there. People who obviously do not care about others, especially children, do not belong in health care.

We entrust the care of all four of our children to Dr Sanchez. We spent a long time looking for just the right Pediatrician when we moved to Cecil County- and finally found her! Ive referred many parents to her practice, all have been very happy there :)

I have 3 boys, a 3 year old, a 16 month old and a newborn that went in for shots today. The staff was awesome keeping them busy & helping each other to make it a quick & easy appointment!
