I am so disappointed in County Line.. specifically their front desk staff. My family and I have been patients for 10 years. We love Dr Kochel, he is fantastic and has always been great with our son who had some dietary issues.. even called to personally check up on him. The nurses are wonderful and caring. Recently, they stopped taking my sons health insurance and I called for guidance as we did not want to change doctors since we love Dr Kochel.. The women on the phone was very short with me and had no interest in helping us just told me she could transfer his records once I found a new doctor. I didnt WANT a new doctor.. I was looking for guidance on switching his insurance and even asked for rates if we were to pay out of pocket. She said they would not see him without insurance or with the one he currently has. She even made a rude comment about my financial state and that is none of her business! Sadly Ive had to find a new doctor for my son and with this experience my whole family will not be returning to County Line.

I have been going here for over 13 years and my husband 27! I may have had 3 complaints over that whole time and the last one was several years ago and my complaint was heard and rectified quickly! I love the doctors and nurses, receptionists (great me by name and always have a smile) and office workers all alike. Im treated with respect and dignity every time I go. They are part of LGH and I can go online for RX refills, make appointments or even leave a message for Dr. Hartley (who by the way is one of the best doctors Ive ever had and Ive had quite a few!). If it wasnt for their skill I may have never found my cancer so early and for that Im ever grateful. I recommend County Line to everyone whos asked me about medical care in the area and theyve always thanked me for it.

DOCTOR THOMPSON LACKS care and compassion for her patients. Treats patients as just a number. DR.THOMPSON is NOT interested in getting to know you as a patient. DR.THOMPSON is a JUDGEMENTAL, and an UNCARING CONDESCENDING PERSON. She obviously FAILED the class on BESIDE MANNER and does NOT keep up with ADVANCING in her MEDICAL EDUCATION. I WOULD NEVER RECCOMEND ANYONE TO SEE HER. SHE IS A HORRIBLE PERSON ! SHE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU AS A DOCTOR SHOULD.

The care I have received at this office has been fantastic. The staff is all very pleasant to deal with. Also, Mr. Kelly is great. I hear the other doctors are great as well, but I always ask for Mr. Kelly. He is the physician that, after I broke my rib 3 weeks in a row in a skiing and then two snowboarding accidents, just shook his head and said maybe you should not go snowboarding this weekend.. and probably a few more after that.

I agree. Dr. Kelly (physicians assistant) is wonderful. He is friendly, efficient, and thorough. I always ask to meet with him as well. Its a good size facitliy, clean, orderly and friendly.
