This place is the most unprofessional on the planet ,starting with the doctor emmanuella cherisme ,she is very unprofessional ,desrespectul, she loves to humiliate her patients ,my wife went in for a check up for advice for essure reversal an instead the doctor was belirigent,unprofessional,rude ,my wife came out of that office in tears but not of happy an satisfaction but of been hurt and belittle by the doctor ,the things she told my wife where out of place ,I think well she should go back to medical school and take back the course where it teaches human etiquette an humility If you read this please do not go to that office ,you will be mistreated an humiliated ,,thank you

Las recepcionistas te tratan mal no tienen paciencia y nunca toman las llamadas y dejas el mensaje y no te devuelven la llamada totalmente pésimo el servicio. The receptionist never take the calls and if you live the message they never return the calls and if you go there they treat you very bad.

There is absolutely nowhere a person can go in Reading Pa, to receive Health Care, that is covered under the medical assistance card. I was given the impression when I phoned this clinic, that they would give me care. Unfortunately when I showed up, they suddenly tell me, that their not accepting any new patients. I hate to have to resort to using the emergency room, and burdening tax payers wt a huge bill, but I have no other choice.

This place need a totally personnel change Ive been calling for days to get a prescription and no one answered the phones they are so not doing their job, this is a waist of time for me and my family Im changing from this crazy clinic to another place that I know I will be well taken care of

I do not like their anteciones because they do not give medical services as it should be, take too long to meet patients there is no consent order my father has a delicate condition and to give me a recipe medesian one thing and another call and say another !!!

This place is the worst... The staff never pick up The phone... The doctors take like 5 hours to see your kid and dont give them medicines... They suck!!! I only come here for Dr keleher because i love her but im sorry im changing my doctor because this place suck ass!
