I had to get a routine drug screen for a new job. With me I had my newborn baby. Scott Guinther did not allow me to bring my baby into the bathroom with me. Was not at all compassionate or didnt care in anyway when I was crying about having to leave my baby alone in a hallway with a random man. With all the child molesters and kidnappers in this world - his only response was "Im a father"...thats right, because fathers cant be child molesters or kidnappers in 2017. That employee was very cold and not caring in my opinion to be in the medical field. He could have handled/approached the situation of me not being "allowed" to bring my new born into the stall with me better. Very cold man.

Hurt myself on a work injury. Had to come in for 3 rechecks. First one was in and out with in a half an hour. Second visit had an appoint for 11:30, got here at 11:15 because I like to be early. Didnt leave here til 12:45. Then today on my third visit. Had an appointment for 11. Got here at 10:55 for reasons above. No one in waiting room. Came right back to exam and the lady told me that there was only one person ahead of me. Ive been sitting here for now 45 minutes and still havent been seen. The only reason I come here is because work demands it. I will never recommend to anyone.

If you call ahead of time they tell you how long the wait is. All clinics have a wait, and some are busier then others. I love the staff there with maybe one exception, blonde hair older woman. Will always go there.

All of the staff members are extremely kind and caring. From giving you a shot to helping you make a pot of coffee they all are nice, efficient, and have a smile on. Wonderful clinic
