My wife went here with what was a pretty scary medical situation, nothing emergent or life threatening but still scary. The way she was treated here by the staff, and her nurse in particular whos name I believe was Laurie Ann, was the most horrible and disrespectful behavior I had ever seen in any professional environment, let alone medical. She made my wife feel judged and stupid for being there. I know the medical field is stressful but to make a sick and scared patient feel stupid and embarrassed for being there literally made my blood boil. My wife left this place in tears, and not because of her ailment but rather because she just had a staff of medical professionals treat her like compete crap. Im not sure if this nurse was just having a bad day but to take it out on a patient, let alone my sick wife, is beyond inexcusable. I would rather bleed to death and die in the street than ever go here for anything resembling medical attention. Shame on them all, and may they never need to turn to anyone for help because you reap what you sow. Do yourselves a favor and go literally ANYWHERE ELSE for treatment!

I waited in my room about 15-20 minutes for my doctor to come in. when she did she barely listened to what I had to say and was dead set on what she first said was wrong. she was in the room for maybe 5 minutes at most and then told me she was sending my perscription over. she left and again didnt come back for about 15 minutes and finally the nurse came back in to give me my papers. I usually dont have a problem there but today I was in a lot of pain and I let my doctor know that and it didnt seem at all like she cared. dont think Ill go back.

My daughter was denied service because of her age. She is 1.5 and had a fever with a history of ear infections. This was not evident on the Google search and when the receptionist tried to prove her point, she said "its posted right here..." but it was NOT posted anywhere. The woman was frantically searching in brochures. 2nd time j was sent there or went there and they couldnt assist me.

Close to us, has all our Reading Health System records online so very easy for doc to see history which makes for quicker visit. Great for those already with Reading Health System docs and in their computer records so all info is there. Takes our Capital Blue Cross. Got good service. Very happy to return again when regular internist unavailable. Check-in a bit confusing but no real problem.

Unfriendly receptionist and very impatient. Nurse was arguing with me about medications. I felt the doctor did not want to be there and was not pleasant at all. I felt i was not important to the staff at this Quick Care.
